The company address has suspicious format.... Not typical
The company lacks a legal address for business or complaints. They have a FICTITIOUS ADDRESS. So ficticious that no US postal service could ever be delivered. The company address is not presented in a standard format. When I attempted to locate on Google Maps, message indicated that 91822 is not a valid recognized zip code for California. Hmmmm What could be their reasoning. Also I did not like that at checkout I have to add money to a wallet first, yet they accept paypal and visa. Why not just give a total with tax and have customer pay direct? Very suspicious. How can I purchase anything from a company lacking a legal address under the assumption that anything can be discussed over phone? What 3rd world country do you operate from? and if they fail to deliver product where is my remedy?, where is my customer service? Do they own the rights to resell this software? Because of all of this, I never completed my purchase. Too risky for me

Thank you for your feedback, but we believe it is unfair to describe our business as suspicious based on assumptions rather than verified facts. We sell digital software downloads and do not operate a physical retail store. Our business address is provided for correspondence purposes, not as a walk-in store location. Our wallet system is part of our customer rewards program, which allows customers to earn cashback rewards of up to 8% after placing an order. It is designed to reward our customers, not to create unnecessary complications. If you prefer to purchase directly without using the wallet, you are welcome to contact us to arrange your purchase. We have been serving customers in the digital software market for years, and we are always available to answer genuine questions. We welcome constructive criticism, but labeling a business as suspicious without first contacting us or verifying the facts is neither fair nor helpful.
