We have four dogs and color code their collars so the color options were fantastic. We had a mishap on one of the collars but they answered their email and got me a new one as soon as possible which I loved! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and using them again when they wear these collars out!

I purchased a personalised harness. It is very good quality, looks great and my Border Collie is very comfortable wearing it and doesnt pull. I did follow up with only one email because my order had not arrived. I received an extremely fast response that it should have been received and another had already been organisef to be dispatched. A couple of days later I had received the harness. I cannot speak highly enough of pupscloset from the fantastic quality product, extremely helpful staff and superior customer service.
