PupsClosetReviews of pupscloset.com

Item stated delivered, never received it I decided not to try to communicate as I tried on multiple occasions via chat, Facebook, Instagram and email with not a single reason checking on status. Still have no product and out 0ver 35.00, I will definitely be spreading this all over social media with the 5000 plus friends and 25000 followers and make sure they do the same. Bad communication and taking money with nothing to show for it.

Although this may be a great product, the customer service in responding to live chats or emails is very very poor. I still have not received my product and requested shipping status as it's been over 6 business days, no response yet.

Following up on my recent review, my credit card company has refunded the payment that I made to this company. Pups Closet never got back in touch with me about getting an exchange on a harness. I do not believe that all those five-star reviews are legitimate. My advice is not to purchase unless you're absolutely sure you're ordering the correct size collar or harness!

I ordered XS harness for our Yorkie. Gave name online to print on Velcro name-tag 'SIMBA". Received harness with generic name "IN TRAINING". Sent email to support about discrepancy and never heard back. I either want correct name tag or I would like to return the harness.

Never received my order, emailed no response at all, they said my emails ended up in there spam emails. They sent me a link with tracking have waited almost two months and still haven't received my order, ordered back in early May. Have emailed and emailed enquiring about my order no response at all. They took extra money from account, the order was $35 no charge for postage and shipping, they ended up taking $60 out off my account. No contact number only can contact by email which they don't return at all. Absolutely worst company I've ever dealt with, said they were based within Australia but they are not. They said the order was coming from the Gold Coast which is not far from where I live. They were rude when I made enquiries about my order, I would recommend them at all to anyone. I also checked the mailing address with them, they told me I would get my order within the week when they emailed me the tacking information which was fake, I checked with Australia post and the tracking was fake.

Do Not Buy from this company. They will take your order and then nothing. No response from them two weeks later, then two weeks later they said it was processed but something happenned to my order on the way to the post office. After 4 requests, they still couldn't give me a tracking number for the shipment. Later indicated that I would get the collar but blamed it on the USPS for telling them it was going to be some 12 days later for the estimated delivery. Come on folks.... It only takes 4 days to get a delivery from Irvine, CA to Nashville, not 12+. Based on other responses people have experienced, ask yourselves these two questions...... 1) Should I really give my company with bad reviews to a company that doesn't have a published phone number any where on their site or the overall internet? 2) Should I really do business with a company that doesn't list a company address or it can even be found? Selling 10,000+ leashes or collars, you would think that they would have a viable business address, even a Box at the UPS store. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND DISAPPOINTMENT AND GO TO ANOTHER RECOGNIZED RETAILER.

So far this Company is one of the worst I have dealt with. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Emailed them twice without even the courtesy of a reply. Atrocious service, will only recommend that this Company is boycotted, it's product is not fit for purpose. Like many others the product is far smaller than expected

I finally received my dog's harness after weeks of waiting for it, only to discover that it was too small, felt like cardboard for my pup and that the personalized part of the harness was simply a velcro tab that you stick on. I was very disappointed in the quality and size of this harness, especially after waiting so long for it. I then had to ship it back to Canada from NY at my own expense, but never even received a refund for it. I've sent numerous emails asking where my refund is with no response from their end. Very poor customer experience. I will never order from them again. Avoid this vendor. You're better off visiting your local pet store for products.
