The overall experience was good
The overall experience was good. The puppy was delivered and she was exactly as we were expecting. The delivery was not as explained to us at purchase, though the driver made excellent time and cared for the puppy. This is our first purchase without personal contact with the Breeder, so it felt somewhat strange. That said the process was smooth and they provided us with a beautiful puppy.

Puppy Spot is a great company to deal with!
I had a great experience with Puppy Spot. Linda was very thorough in describing the process and our puppy is happy and lovely. We would certainly go through Puppy Spot again!

EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS WAS SO EASY…
EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS WAS SO EASY AND TRANSPARENT. THEY CALMED MY ANXIETIES AND I KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. THEY LEVEL AND FREQUENCY OF COMMUNIATION MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT BOTH MY AND MY PUPPY'S WELL BEING AND HAPPINESS. NOT SURE HOW I FOUND THEM BUT GLAD I DID. THANK YOU PUPPYSPOT.

All questions were answered right away…
All questions were answered right away and they stayed in contact the entire time. The driver who delivered our puppy was very friendly and stayed in touch.
