I love the puppy. It was a very fast and efficient process. The driver was very confused about the paper work that was supposed to be given to me. I recieved the wrong papers for Chi then at the end they i asked more questions that were not answered and i finally got the right papers for Chi.

Overall, I was very happy with my Puppy Spot experience. I was adamant that I was only willing to wait 2 weeks for my puppy and not the 4 weeks I was originally told. The puppy arrived at my door exactly 2 weeks after I had chosen Gemeni. I had emailed and asked for a more recent picture and his weight so I could purchase his collar and harness. I received one picture and told 20 pounds. I purchased the Puppy Spot puppy starter kit and the training kit. I have yet to receive the training kit????

The process was easy. They set up an account for you to check on your puppy growth and stats while waiting for delivery date. However, I did have to contact for updated photos and weight. You do not have contact with the breeder which was disappointing. I would have liked personal contact to answer questions of the puppy. The delivery is very impersonal until arrival. The driver was very nice, and informative of arrival time. I love my little guy so much. In fact I loved him before I received him. The puppy has quite the personality, playful, sassy, and no problem with potty training yet. He’s a cuddler and took to me immediately . He did start a cough last night. He has a vet appointment tomorrow so I shall have him checked out.

Great service and quality breeder but the cost is high.

The dog is everything I could have hoped for. She’s mostly calm, very intelligent and totally adorable One day in, she is determined to chew every cord in the house, doesn’t understand the concept of stairs and we’re all going to have to take a class is house breaking and obedience, but she’s a good dog. Other than Puppy Spot being super expensive and our puppy reeking of cheap cologne when she was delivered, I have few complaints.
