I was told the only time I could get my puppy was at 11:30 pm. This was unacceptable. As a woman I was not going to meet ANYONE in a parking lot that late at night. I didn’t have anyone who could come with me. I was told there was no other option. I ended up driving several hours to get my puppy during daylight in another city. I will never recommend this company. I gave two stars because I did get the puppy I selected and that is the only reason this was not a one star review.

The sales team was exceptional—of course. They were attentive, and assured me of many things that, unfortunately, the rest of Puppy Spot severely failed at. First of all, we had given one address given some travel issues (for the delivery of our dog) then PROMPTLY, called to correct the address as travel plans changed. UP UNTIL RECEIPT of our dog, they had the incorrect address associated with our account. We were assured a clean bill of health would be discussed with us prior to accepting the delivery of the pup and this never happened, we were handed a record of disposition of dogs and cats certificate upon delivery and, (I have proof) were not given the chance to sing it under "Received by." Our puppy has visible skin issues that should have been addressed in the medical records that make us wonder if any of what Puppy Spot does is legitimate. The amount of neglectful actions, not updating our address until multiple calls and emails, not sending us updated photos of our pup, not reviewing medical records as was promised on sale, and the incredible, law-concerning receipt of our dog without our signature on it is very much the reason why I would never recommend this site for your puppy's safe and guaranteed delivery. Additionally, we have yet to receive instructions on how to receive his certificates or other paperwork, all we received was the Official Health Certificate for Companion Animals (for his travel) and a Canine Health Record, no official registration or other documents.

This puppy has had no socialization or training. There is no evidence of potty training, he doesn't know how to play with toys, or what toys are. The drivers didn't seem to provide any "special" care to the puppy - nor was the pick up spot convenient. If I had my way, I never would have purchased this pup from you.

Very little communication and follow up ONCE I purchased my puppy. It’s like they just wanted to make the sale and then fell off the face of the earth. No updates on my puppy over several weeks and had to reach out just to request new pictures. Very disappointing, especially for the cost. The delivery was also a mess. Very disorganized and the delivery team was late, in the incorrect vehicle with incorrect plates. It was all very uncomfortable.

I was originally told that I would have the dog delivered to me on Aug 25th or within that week. Then was told Sept 2nd, then was told that was a typo, and would be Sept 9th. Nobody responded to my texts or emails about why it was taking longer, and I had to call to find out since nobody was responding to me. When the puppy arrived to me finally, she was extremely skinny! Skin and bones, and super dirty. She had scabs all over her body and had a huge rash all over her belly. I would never recommend this company to anyone... This was an awful experience.

Our vet identified that our new puppy had tapeworms. Bummer--but we understand and we are treating them. Most likely her puppy siblings also have tapeworms. When we reported this to Puppyspot--we got a generic response that felt AI generated. We are sincerely concerned about the other owners and their new puppies ..potentially having tapeworms but not getting treated promptly. But with the type response we received we have no way of knowing if it has being addressed. Pretty sad. You would think after paying over $3,000 to Puppyspot they would have customer service to let us know this has been addressed. Our puppy arrived clean and well cared for..no complaints there.

i was not informed that my pup had a hernia prob prior to delivery The little amt of food that was provided was not his.He would not eat it.I purchased his & he ate it NP

Everything went well until we got our dog. He was severely drugged I'm guessing by the transporter. Dod was matted in his own feces then sprayed with deodorizer when handed over it was a very bad experience picking him up. I will never again have a dog transported it was inhumane and I take full responsibility for my decision. Dog has an injured eye and excessive bugs. Very disappointing paying a premium to get an animal treated properly and then have him abused. Dog is still barely awake. I have had many dogs of this breed in my life and this animal is not in acceptable health. We are taking him to th vet as soon as they open this am. We have had him less than 24 hrs and he has an eye swolen shut. I expect it is all about the transporter but will never know.
