PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

This website is featuring puppies that are genetically mutated and have been proven to be unhealthy. Some are described as purebreds, but they are not. If breeders are knowledgeable, they would never ship a puppy at the young ages advertised due to psychological damage. Buy from a local breeder you can see in person.

I spoke to my Vet and they informed me that the Breeder didn’t give the final rounds of shots before he got rid of the puppy. He was supposed to give the puppy shots back in them mid late December and early January. I picked the puppy up I believe it was January 13. This is going to cost me $125 and I’m not happy and I contacted the Breeder Henry Yoder of Millersburg and told him to contact me and I wouldn’t have to tell on him, but he did not so I’m informing you of this. I need satisfaction cause I can’t afford $125 right now.

Dog was from Puppy Mill in Ohio. Not from a proper breeder. WATCH OUT GO LOCAL SO YOU CAN SEE THE DOG AND THE BREEDER TO MAKE A GOOD DECISION. 2/2/2026 - I spoke with Puppy Spot and I will be sending them my information about the puppy mill. I am also sending them my medical information regarding his Kennel Cough and Giardia treatments.

much worse than I ever expected. My puppy, Luna, arrived on December 12th, already dealing with Giardia, and since then we have been continuously fighting this condition. She has gone through multiple rounds of medication and remains under veterinary care. Even though Giardia can be common in puppies, no family should receive a puppy already sick and in need of medical treatment from day one. What should have been a happy bonding and adjustment period turned into an emotionally exhausting and stressful experience, with constant vet visits, strict cleaning routines, and ongoing worry. This has been draining not only financially, but especially emotionally. After reading many similar reviews about sick puppies being sent to new families, this situation feels even more concerning. I currently have an open claim under review and hope PuppySpot takes these experiences seriously and improves health screenings before sending puppies home.

If they’re were NO stars I would give it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! 2 years ago we paid $5000 for a beautiful English bulldog puppy. Sight unseen. When we recieved him we noticed he wouldn’t come near me and hid in a corner when we got home. Well I called PuppySpot and said there is something wrong with this dog. No refunds were to be given for behavior issues. The dog because aggressive, bit me 4 time. After 2 different trainers, meds he wouldn’t stop lunging at me and was ultra aggressive with another dog. We had to put him down last week after 2 years of patience, love and more money. Our vet was in agreement with our decision he had a file from the trainers. It still was devastating for us to put a beautiful 2 year old English bulldog to sleep. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I actually called this number which was listed on Facebook to try to have questions about a golden that I was interested in. The person that answered the phone after I got through all the 866 number stuff said well I don’t know exactly the name of the dog you’re speaking of even though the name Duke was on the advertisement. At that point, I asked where they were located so I could see the dog. They said you cannot see the dog before you buy it. I said that doesn’t seem right and then they started over talking me so much that I couldn’t even ask a question. And at that point I said can you please stop over talking me? I have questions. And at that point they hung up on me.

Did not disclose that puppy had two different eye color . We are very disappointed! Gave the wrong address to the puppy delivery company. Called and put in a request to have address corrected. Said we would receive a call, email and text when address was corrected. We never did. We had to directly contact the delivery company on the day of delivery. We paid over $850 for this service. Puppy spot is only interested in up selling services. Never again.

It seems that we received the puppy the breeder couldn't sell. There are some serious issues with his health that were completely overlooked even though I assumed he had been checked throughoughly by a veterinarian. My veterinarian was not happy with ny puppy's condition and he has alot of issues that seem he was not properly cared for and given an abundance of medication and is nutrient deficient. Besides that he nay have hip and leg issues that the previous vert and breeder must've known about but sold him Anyway. I feel Puppy soot did not ensure I received a healthy puppy. Instead I received one that will need alot of medical attention to get him healthy and stay healthy. Essentially I would never recommend Puppy Spot to anyone. I have reached out to them for assistance but I have not received a response back as to how they can help, If they even will.
