We bought a beautiful female jack terrier from Puppy Spot. The customer service was wonderful before doing the actual purchase. She was supposed to arrive yesterday but she didn’t, we called the airline and said that due to a heat wave they understandably could not ship our dog. We’ve been emailing and calling Puppy Spot and the breeder with no luck, nobody answers and we are afraid that maybe our puppy doesn’t exist and we’ve been scammed. With huge pain we are proceeding to cancel the payment that was made through PayPal and has a warrantee. Disappointing and sad experience.

I bought my American bulldog William over three weeks ago, they told me I’d have him that Monday. I got an email saying sorry but now it’s going to be the following Monday due to breed type flying he needed a nanny. I got charged another $300. When someone contacted me they told me sorry but it’s now Tuesday. I had already taken the day off from work. I got another text msg the Monday before my pup was to be delivered with his flight info. I took the day off again, and half of the morning of the next day. I got a text at 11:30pm saying the flight was canceled. I checked the flight and it was NOT cancelled. They gave me another excuse and said it would be another week or so. I asked can you drive the puppy. I got a yes, he will leave on Thursday you will have your puppy on Friday we’ll keep you updated. (My husband said if they postpone again something is wrong). Thursday came, I got a call going over how William was 21lbs has a cute underbite and doing great, except is experiencing some stomach issues and is now taking medication for diarrhea and can’t be shipped out for at least another five days..... I canceled on the spot, I’m still waiting for my $2100. Refund and there is no profile up for the puppy... buyer beware

PUPPY SPOT IS A PET BROKER MILL SERVICE PERIOD!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ITS A CALL CENTER WITH HUNDREDS OF VOICES IN THE BACKGROUND LIMITED KNOWLEDGE AND I WOULD SWEAR SOME OF THE DAMS AND SIRES PICTURES WERE STOLEN FROM REPUTIBLE BREEDERS WHO HAVE NO PUPPIES AVAILABLE BUT SOMEHOW HAVE 10 pups available for this guy at higher prices then the breeder sells from there own professional sites. They all speak with a strong accent and claim to work for FREE 24hours a day WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THIS JOSE BECAME ABUSIVE TOLD ME HE DID NOT HAVE TO TELL ME HOW HIS BUSINESS WORKED...I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW THE COMMISSION WORKS WHICH IS A QUESTION ANY ONE SHOULD ASK WHEN BUYING A LIVING BREATHING ANIMAL FROM SAID PERSON.. THIS IS A PET BROKER MILL PERIOD Golden’s don’t even live as long as his bogus claim of 10 years insurance and on closer examination I saw that many ppl were never even able to get assistance after paying for the pup oR paid for the pup and when it arrived some looked nothing like the picture. Beware beware beware no reputible breeder needs a broker when they have already paid thousands of dollars creating a website

I purchased a wonderful dog, Ruby, from puppy spot in December 2017. We gave the dog to our kids for Christmas. We did everything we were supposed to for the health guarantee. Then, tragedy struck and our puppy died from a decease called disautenomia. I was encouraged to file a claim from puppyspot to see if they would pay for the medical expenses which totaled about $1500. The puppy was about $2500 or so to buy from puppyspot. After a ridiculously long process our claim was denied because they said there wasn't enough evidence this was disautenomia. So, we had our vet confirm this was the disease and then puppyspot changed why they were denying to claim by saying she died of a toxin and not that they were denying it because they didn't have enough evidence of what the disease was. So, my very simply and short suggestion is to avoid this company and their health guarantee. It wasted my time and brought back all the terrible feelings our losing our precious pet and friend. They made me lose time at my job (I'm an attorney and I lost a lot of billable time) because of dealing with them and their back and forth. I could have handled them telling me right off the bat that the illness wasn't covered. But, I felt they jerked me around and then changed why the claim was denied after I had proof of how she died. Please avoid this company.

This is an internet puppy mill. I purchased a Shih-Tzu puppy from Purebred Breeders. Toby was shipped from the breeder in Texas. He came covered in urine, vomit and feces. He was shaking and ill. My vet said he was only 8-9 weeks old and never should have been sent this young. He had Gardia, an ear infection and Parvo. He almost died. I kept him for 2 years. I loved him and we nursed him back to health. He was fine except for the separation anxiety. It became increasing worse. I could not take a shower without Toby banging his head on the door, barking and screaming. I work as a nurse and this poor dog was a mess. Please avoid this place like the plaque. Horrible internet puppy mill.

We had sold puppies on puppyspot when we did have some that we didn't have spoken for. All of a sudden this year they demanded all sorts of new pictures and they didn't like most of them and I kept having to redo them. I finally asked why and they said our puppy box was dirty which is completely false. It might need a new paint job but we have a litter in it right now after this litter is gone it will get painted. I got pretty upset because I know they make a lot of money from the puppies that go through them to be sold. The also got fussy because I have our own way to ship a puppy and it isn't through them. So to say the least they dropped me without any explanation and I have not been able to get anyone to talk to me. Since they have no idea what my puppy box looks like for sure or anything else at our house, they are wrong. They judged us on something that they have know idea for sure and people that come and buy are puppies see the box and have no trouble and one is a Vet Tech. Our dogs are all in the house with us not a kennel and are well loved and they are also Grand Champion show dogs
