Very nice and professional experience, especially as a first-time buyer. I initially had reservations about buying a puppy online, but the process was well guided and reassuring. There was a small hiccup for a few days after I accepted and made the payment, but overall it turned out to be a great experience. The breeder was fantastic, her name is Laura and I got a Pomeranian who is an absolute sweetheart. This little pup has brought so much joy into my life! Thank you all for making the experience so positive. I would definitely do it again

The entire process was very well organized. There was excellent communication from the beginning to end. The delivery of the puppy went very smoothly. The only thing that could have been improved was having an access to FaceTime or link to be able to interact with the puppy.
