I bought a puppy for almost $3500 on Mach 25, and they said they would send a puppy to me on Apr 5, or Apr 12, but they called me early Apr, and they said that they would send a puppy on Apr 19 because the puppy was under 2lbs, so they can’t send it. We tried to understand situation of that. But they called me today and said that they would send the puppy on Apr 26. They are continuing to postpone the date. I got a puppy for my daughter’s birthday. My daughter is so upset and crying. I had to cancel the order because PuppySpot postponed the order multiple times. I hope that other people will get better service from PuppySpot, I have never gotten worse service from a trustworthy company before. So, I recommend you to not use PuppySpot UNLESS you are there yourself to view the puppy.

Do not use this company! Their sales pitch came on strong but as soon as they had our money communication stopped. Phone calls and emails were not returned. They claim to be transparent but will not tell you anything. The information from the breeder is kept top secret, puppy mill products! I got a bad feeling from them and requested to cancel my purchase and they will not return my call or my money.

RECEIVED A SICK PUPPY THAT LATER DIED AFTER $1200 VET BILL..NEVER RECEIVED REFUND OR EVEN AN EXPLANATION WAS TOLD NO THE DOG WASNT SICK UNTIL I HAD IT ..BUT DATE ON VET BILL IS ONE DAY AFTER RECEIVING PUP AND STILL THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ...OBVIOUSLY THESE DOGS ARE NOT WELL CARED FOR AND ARE ONLY PROFIT MAKERS FOR THESE PEOPLE

These guys are just plain rude and expect you will take them at their word on the details of the puppy. The guy Keffe was very unprofessional and wouldn't give me a chance to talk. He was trying to talk over me just to get me to buy. They were unwilling to furnish any legit details about the puppy, lineage, see the puppy ahead of time. Sounds like a total scam!

I have sent my grievance to Puppy Spot. A terrible website. A rip off for buyers and a negative set up for true honest breeders. I will never, stop telling folks about the negative way they advertise. This is not the breeder but the web site!!!!

Buyer Beware do your research before DOING BUSINESS WITH PUPPYSPOT .

I paid a deposit for a yellow lab puppy. I was told that the puppy was somewhere in Missouri, but they could not tell me what town or give me a breeder name. I could not pick up the puppy. He had to be flown to me in Florida. Everything was disturbing. I talked to a lady at an adoption shelter and gave her the details of my conversations with Puppy Spot. Without telling her where my puppy was coming from, she said to never get a puppy from Missouri. It would be from a puppy mill. I showed her the picture of my puppy on the Puppy Spot website and she said that more than likely I would not receive the puppy in the picture. I called Puppy Spot and cancelled my adoption. I was told that they would refund my deposit. When I received an email regarding my deposit, it was short $75. I called them and spoke to a rude representative that told me the breeder would receive the $75 because I took the puppy off the website for a week. I told him that I had been told that I would receive my deposit back in full. He said that they would review my previous conversation with the representative who told me about my deposit. After speaking to 2 additional representatives, I was finally given my deposit back in full. Please do not do business with Puppy Spot. I now have a deposit with a reputable breeder. Thank goodness I realized what a mistake I had made in time!
