My experience with Puppyspot was great from start to finish. Given what I've seen on many of the other reviews that I've read I am considering myself one of the lucky ones. I found Puppyspot to be very efficient from start to finish. The finance company was very efficient as well. The whole process went so quickly I must admit that it made me a little nervous. The level of expediency I experienced made me feel as if I was dealing with a puppybroker. Nevertheless, my puppy was delivered and when I took him for his health exam he was found to be in good health. His temperament is good and spunky and he appears to be potty trained which I'm very pleased about. I have seen comments about the finance and the amount being charged. I would urge that folks try to pay off the arrangement earlier so as to eliminate the additional amount that would be paid over time. All in all, although my experience was good and has been thus far, if I had to do this again, I would get my dog directly from the breeder to eliminate some of the the risk factors that come with the territory of purchasing dogs in this fashion.

I got my fur baby 2 years ago. It was a rocky start with him due to several issues. He arrived on a Friday and I took him to the vet on Saturday. Unfortunately, I received the news that he had both giardia and coccidia and required treatment. I, also, learned that my puppy had a bum right leg and un-descending testicles which would require an operation. Needless to say, I was not happy that I received a deformed puppy, but despite these issue Cyrus (Lil Homey) has grown to be the delight of our household and neighborhood. PuppySpot helped me find my little pal and I do not find fault with the agency but with the breeder. I will use PuppySpot to get a brother or sister for Cyrus within the next few months,

We love cody he is awesome dog the process was simple but because of weather we had slight delay getting him home the delivery was 2 days latter but other than that all is greatly

My only complaint was the day my puppy was delivered I was sent email that I had to pick him up at a Gas Station I was not familiar with ! Thank God my neighbor drove me to meet the driver delivery guy ! He was very nice man and handed me my Puppy along with his paperwork and Food ! I asked if he had a box-carrier ! No he didn’t so Lucky the puppy was well behaved !

I purchase a labradoodle from puppyspot. I did not get the size that I had ordered. However puppyspot refunded me and rehome my labradoodle to a great new home.

Found a Australian Shepherd puppy online, breeders say they were based out of Richmond, TX and they ship the puppy to your home address using their "shipper agent". Puppy was $400, plus $100 for shipping cost. The breeders instructed me that usually their costumers use the app Zelle to pay the amount and they would give me their registered email to find them on the app to pay the money and asked if we would send a screenshot of the confirmation through email to confirm payment, then they would proceed with the puppy registration for the shipping agent. The next day, I had to email the breeder because I did not hear back by the designated time they insured they'd have everything ready to ship the puppy. Soon after I sent the email, they responded less than 10 minutes saying the registration was finished and the shippers should contact me via email/phone. Soon after, the shippers sent an email with confirmation of the delivery address, as well as designed airport to have puppy shipped to and they needed an email responding that address is correct and they would proceed with shipment. I confirmed address and next email I received was saying "due to high temperatures in the aircraft, they need to upgrade the puppy crate to a Electronic Ventilation Crate that would keep the puppy cool due to the age of the puppy which would cost $1,500 and would be refunded back in full upon arrival." I immediately contacted the breeders and asked if they could tell the shippers to ship the puppy in the crate they provided and we'd just take the chance of the puppy surviving the heat because we do not have that kind of money. The breeders emailed back, saying they have used the same shipping agent for over 3 years, everyone in their area uses them, and just please pay the money and it will be fully refunded back. At this point, I knew it was a scam. I sent another email back to insure breeders I knew it was a scam, and I threatened with getting a lawyer and to submit this to small claims. I never received an email back. The breeders website is vickyausiepuppies9.net The "shipper agent" is called Domestic Pet Way DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! It is SCAM and they will take your money and try to get more out of you!

The price was a little high, however I'm confident I received a very healthy pup. She has an abundance of energy & she's very affectionate. She will be a year old on Sept. 11th 2019. She's just about full grown. Overall I'm quite satisfied & confident with Puppy Spot. Thank you for a great Yellow Labrador. Her name is Luciana.

I love Puppy Spot . It has provided e with the best Poodle puppy I have ever owned. And little Sara is my 5th. We are doing well and she has made our family so much better. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication with buyer. Paul was wonderful. But after sale was finalized, I was handed to six 9th e r people, many who did not know my path. Too many people with no answers, and too many last minute changes. I have requested 5 times to have a copy of expenses, additional costs, and verbal "credits", and a final invoice. Never happened. I would purchase from Puppy a Spot again, but only if they improve communication. After all, they are aware of the way beyond costs they are demanding.
