I love my new puppy. He was healthy, clean, happy little boy when I received him. Puppy spot was very helpful and in the process from picking out my puppy thru to delivery. Only problem I have is the micro chip that was inserted does not work. My vet called the vet who placed the microchip that the breeder took him to and also took an x-ray to make sure there was one. The microchip is malfunction. I will see if PuppySpot will pay for a new one. If so then I will give them a five star. I will update with results.

Our puppy and breeder were fantastic. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars as we were expected to give all monies before we could get info. In fact we had to push for basic information. A bit annoying. Because we are so in love and the puppy is not only in perfect health but also temperament is amazing. Great breeder.

I adopted my cavalier puppy from here when I couldn't find cavaliers anywhere without health or behavior issues. I fell in love with his pictures and just had to have him so I kind of purchased without really researching Puppy spot. Then when I started googling it I found some alarming reviews which made me regret using them. Overall I had no issues. They can be difficult to communicate with and that was probably my most frustrating thing with them. When you're putting down 3k or more for a dog that's taking a big chance. I do think they need to work on their customer service and attentiveness and maybe have breed specific specialists. Anyway, my puppy arrived safe and sound and on time at the airport in a very nice kennel with newspaper cuttings in the bottom. Two vet checks confirmed everything I was guaranteed health wise and he had no issues. I could tell he had been loved and cuddled because he was all about being held and handled. If puppy spot would come off less sketchy in their customer service I think they would be the best agency to go through. They have mixed reviews so I think for me to use them again I'd like to see the balance lean more in their favor positively. But as far as the puppy himself everything was completely accurate. And here we are 3 months later no issues! My pup is trained and happy as ever!

Found out he had whipworm three days after he came home. Now have to pay for treatment. Didn’t catch that at his last vet check, did you?

Jessica - We are just as shocked and concerned as you to learn that your puppy was not feeling well shortly after he arrived, as this is the first we are hearing about his condition. The health and well-being of our puppies is always our top priority. As unfortunate as it is, puppies sometimes get sick and we understand that it must be difficult for our puppy parents as well which is why our service extends well beyond the delivery of your puppy and we have a dedicated Health Team to resolve any issues our puppy parents may have. Our team will be in touch with you shortly to learn more and most importantly see how we can help. We look forward to speaking with you soon.

Overall service and experience was great. However, when I tried to get a return call from someone at PuppySpot so I could find out how to contact the breeder with a specific question I didn't get any results. Finally got my question answered after my puppy was delivered.

We found an adorable 7 week old beagle. We paid the $2500 for her plus $399 for her to fly to California. We were given an itinerary saying the dog was coming from St Louis to San Diego in one week. We were given an itinerary saying the dog was coming from St Louis to San Diego in one week. The day before we were supposed to meet our puppy, we called to confirm the itinerary and were told it was canceled due to heat. No update on the app. Then a week later we again prepared to meet our new puppy in the airport and we received a phone call the night before stating the dog had an ear infection. Most ear infections improve in a couple of days with the proper medication... so the new date was scheduled for one week later. Then... once again...the day before we were scheduled to get our puppy, we were told that the medication didn't work and the breeder needed one more week to treat the infection with a new medication. We called our "concierge", Nate, and asked why it took a whole week for a professional breeder to realize that this puppy's ear infection was not improving! So now we are out almost $3000 for the past 3 weeks. We have changed our schedules to pick up our puppy 3 times... all with last minute cancelations. We are SO frustrated! All we have are 3 pictures of a 7 week old beagle puppy that we paid for.... that is now 10 weeks old. We have a breeder that let a puppy go with an ear infection for over a week before deciding to change medications. We have asked for the medical/vet records. I would feel less angry if someone at the company at least apologized and made an effort to give us updates. My family has fallen in love with this beagle puppy... so I guess we'll wait another week to see what happens. called to confirm the itinerary and were told it was canceled due to heat. We received a phone call from a supervisor today. He was very polite and apologetic. He quickly accommodated our requests for the records from the veterinarian and even said he would even reach out to the department that vets breeders just to make sure the puppy's treatment was not outside their standards. Bonus... without asking, he offered to credit us the $399 that we paid for the travel. I will happily update the review to 5 stars once our beagle arrives.

Michael - We strive to provide our community with a positive experience and we are disappointed to learn that may not have been the case with you. We understand your frustration from your puppy's travel delay but, just as with humans, puppies’ flights can be delayed for a variety of different reasons, like weather conditions, as was the case with your puppy. As soon as the airline made us aware of the delay, our team quickly reached out to let you know and check to see if the new arrival time would be okay, which you confirmed it was. To ensure our puppies are as healthy as possible when traveling to their new forever home, it is our standard protocol that all PuppySpot puppies undergo a mandated pre-travel nose-to-tail health examination administered by a licensed veterinarian. It's our policy to disclose any issues found during this examination, as was the case in your situation. As soon as your breeder made us aware of your pup's ear infection and the action being taken to treat it, our team quickly communicated your pup's details with you. Unfortunately, your puppy had an allergic reaction to the medication which caused further delays. We do always book travel with your puppy's health and best interest in mind, so while we're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, we take pride in being a transparent and responsible way of getting your healthy and happy pup home to you.

Of course we are so grateful for our little Chihuahua taco he is so healthy and wonderful. At the beginning I had some trouble communicating with who was supposed to be my I forget the name they give it but I could not contact her. Once I called and I made a complaint after that there was a woman higher up who totally took care of me answered every single question called me to see how things are going she was absolutely wonderful I want to get her name and thank her. But overall it was a good experience except like I said at the beginning a little bit rough because nobody would contact me I think it was a dog coach was the name I don't know but anyway a wonderful woman took over and it was a wonderful great exciting experience when tacoland in Connecticut from Texas we fell in love instantly and I'm so grateful that he is so healthy I would definitely go through them again if I was looking to get another puppy.
