Communication up front was great. Then I had to be patient and wait a lot. Very frustrated when travel plans changed.

We love our puppy but was really disappointed with American Airlines who held her hostage in Phoenix for over 10 hours and did not update us on all the flight changes. Only person there to help us was Jeff the man who with the Kennel company at the airport. Thank goodness for him. Paula Farha

Your puppy concierge Paul trela was absolutely amazing and very passionate to us about our puppy! He listened and went out of his way to accommodate us! We are so grateful for all that he did for us and deeply appreciate him! However your puppy managers need to work on there customer service skills a bit! We were very stressed because there was no follow through, no one seemed to know the answer to our questions and one manager even told us we could cancel😠absolurely unacceptable ! Plus our puppy was delayed 3 times to come to us!!we love our pompsky he is beautiful and loves us as much as we love him!! We are truly blessed

For everyone seeking a puppy, it would be a lot better for us if Puppy Spot did make it a point to "supply all of us" with more pics/videos of the Puppy and their Parents, history of the Sire n Dam, sending us the necessary documentation if they are AKC, etc., the parents having any pre existing conditions when the "new-to-be parents" in the "Beginning" about a particular puppy. Yes, all should be in your file/s and sent to us after our first inquiry of a pet. This would be of a great value for us soon-to-be Puppy Parents to have this. I have never used a company in seeking out a pet before, and yes, reluctant like others, yet I do rank "PUPPY SPOT" of the Highest, and Definately would seek out Puppy Spot again if I decided on another Puppy! 👍I have adopted one of the best puppies from Puppy Spot, and is such a blessing to have in our family! I never spoke with my assigned manager, but I called to speak with someone else. I had to call to get the final flight arrangements, because no one contacted me.

seemed like a bunch of hoops to jump through was sent to different people in different sections of the process then dealing with 1 person the whole time... had issues with maybe the breeder and the dog food . on the dog site said one thing about what the puppy was eating and found out completely different and our new puppy had bad diarrhea... Puppy spot did respond quickly in getting the right answer from the breeder....very happy with our new puppy...
