I found a new friend
I found a new friend. I am grateful for that. However, this site pushes so much, even after you sign up for what they are pushing, such as the insurance.

Good customer service
Customer service is great. Only issue I had was once I made my purchase I was locked out of the system which scared me. Apparently it was a tech glitch. Breeders should not post puppy’s for purchase if they have a medical issue they can resolve.

Pre-sale communication was excellent
Pre-sale communication was excellent. Purchase was seamless. All pre-sale questions were answered promptly. Post sale communication was lacking, but other than that, I’d highly recommend PuppySpot.

Frequent updates
In a previous post I stated that the puppy was delivered frequently scratching himself upon arrival. That is true. However, I stated that his scratching was due to 3 ticks immediately noticeable since he is all white. But they were not ticks they were 3 scabs apparently from scratches he had received before delivery. So, there were no ticks, they were scabs and the puppy was immediately taken to my vet for treatment. Thank you Puppy Spot

Everyone at PuppySpot was so helpful…
Everyone at PuppySpot was so helpful and kind! The only problem we had was miscommunication between Puppyspot and the transport company. Somehow they had us getting two dogs! 🤪 But everyone was helpful in getting it straightened out and we love our little fur baby.

Positive experience
I felt that it was good working with the various representatives however the calls are outsourced to India and it was difficult to reach a manager when needed. Otherwise, it was a positive experience and we love our new puppy.

Very responsive to phone calls but I…
Very responsive to phone calls but I wish that puppy spot would have sent more info regarding the puppy's weight ,degree of potty training ,and essential issues that come up in puppy care . This way I could have been better prepared for my puppy. Delivery personnel were very good.
