Customer service was good
Customer service was good. However, when I received Tannin, I immediately had him groomed because he was covered in urine. The groomer informed me that he has yeast in his ears and on all of his paws and advised that he needs to see a veterinarian immediately. For the amount of money I paid, I expected him to be delivered in much better condition and without existing health issues, especially infections such as yeast in his ears and paws.

We adore our new puppy
We adore our new puppy. She’s amazing. Only suggestion would be to send more pictures or videos of puppy after the purchase of the puppy, even if the delivery is not scheduled for several weeks after.! Also the transportation, we originally thought it was supposed to be a flight over but the puppy was driven. During the transport our puppy unfortunately got kennel cough. Making the first week a little Over all we love our new addition!!!

Once they have your money, no real information is received.mes to make…
I called several times to make enquiries about the purchase of my two pups and the information was inconsistent or the person seemed to not understand my questions. more information came from the driver than the people at puppy spot . No information was given to me about the puppies training or potty training or anything, all I received was a health record and no information about the puppies tempermant from the breeders.

Delivery service
The delivery was less then they claim.The service was supposed to be s Mercedes Sprinter climate controlled white glove door to door delivery they showed up in a Jeep Cherokee to delivery my puppy and texted me to come outside an get your dog at 12 midnight handed me a puppy wrapped up in a pee pad after paying 1000.00 for delivery

Description of puppy was not accurate
Description of puppy was not accurate. Did not list hernia and the weight of the parents was incorrect.

Follow-up could improve
Of course, the staff got right back to me when I wanted to buy a puppy. After I bought the puppy, the info regarding his type of food was wrong. I also contacted them about making sure I received his medical records, and they never got back to me. But did continue to try to sell me stuff. On the positive side, my puppy is adorable and appears to be healthy. I think he came from a good small breeder, thank goodness. But then I paid a fortune for him. My advice is to take a close look at the puppy parents and try to determine if the puppy was raised at home in a good environment. The second is not necessarily easy to do. The pet transportation service I was referred to did a good job.

I didn't get updated pictures
I didn't get updated pictures. Too much how to raise dogs info. Regarding pictures,I don't do instagram I'm not technically you send useless info and no pictures. Puppy was traumatized and stinky but your guys were on time

Selling you everything
Our puppy is great. Delivered on time. However once you hit the purchase button puppy spot is 100% trying to sell you anything they can insurance, puppy pads, starter kits, vitamins…. It took 3 weeks to deliver the pup. And I got zero updates on the pup. Zero connection with the breeder, no pictures videos, no communication about what vacs they have and will need, no updates on any crate training, potty tracing, socialization, etc. When i got the dog I got a ziploc bag with some pepper work and was able to get ahold of the breeder that way. The breeder was awesome. And to puppyspots credit they picked a good one. But the process felt very transactional and used car like.
