Jess - While there are certainly less expensive avenues to find a puppy, we're confident that there is no better place to find a furry family member than at PuppySpot. Not only can it be challenging enough to find a responsible breeder who specializes in the breed you’re looking for, but it can be even more challenging to find one located near you. PuppySpot handles all the research for you, so you can focus on what really matters – preparing your home for your new best friend. Knowing that each customer has a unique set of needs, we utilize a hands-on, personalized approach to provide guidance throughout the entire placement process. Our team’s support includes: managing breeder conversations, handling all research and vetting, confirming completion of nose-to-tail veterinary examinations before and after a puppy leaves his or her breeder’s care, and coordinating all travel arrangements prior to the puppy’s arrival in his or her forever home and continued support throughout your journey as a puppy parent. Additionally, we offer an industry-leading health guarantee on all of our puppies, which we encourage you to read more about, here: https://www.puppyspot.com/guarantee/

Ashley - We are truly surprised to learn you feel that your puppy is not a Maltipoo. We take pride in the honest and trusted approach we use to help puppy parents meet their new furry best friend. We are confident that your puppy is indeed a Maltipoo as listed however, we never want a puppy parent to feel deceived. A member of our team will be in touch with you shortly to address your concerns and see how we can help. It is important to us that you too, are confident that you received the exact puppy you requested. We were also surprised to hear that your puppy arrived underweight. Your puppy, like all PuppySpot puppies, underwent a mandated nose-to-tail exam performed by a licensed veterinarian before her travel home which not only indicated she was 100% healthy at the time but also the required weight for travel which is no less than 2lbs. Our service extends well beyond the delivery of your new pup and we're committed to being here for you until your concerns have been resolved.

Norma - As dog-lovers ourselves, we are devastated to learn about your puppy's diagnosis. Your puppy's parents have never had a puppy with health concerns like your puppy, but we will be working with your puppy's breeder to determine the best next steps in their breeding program. Our team has been working closely with you to better understand her condition and will continue to be here for you and your puppy every step of the way. We are here to help in any way that we can to make this experience a little easier for you both.

Sara - We are truly confused by your feedback, as it is not only the exact opposite of the experience we strive to provide our community but also varies greatly from what we found when we went back to review our extensive written and recorded records. Your puppy, like all PuppySpot puppies, underwent a mandated pre-travel nose-to-tail health examination performed by a licensed veterinarian which stated she was 100% healthy at the time. That said, you were right to reach out to us when you thought there may be a problem, as that's exactly why we offer each and every member of our community lifetime support. Several members of our team then quickly began working with you to understand your concerns and see how we could help. After receiving and reviewing the requested documents from your vet our team offered to reimburse the medical bills surrounding your pup's treatment. Additionally, as our team has explained to you on several occasions, your puppy was up-to-date on her vaccinations when she left her breeder, however as a growing pup, she will need to continue on her shot schedule while under your care. That said, we want to apologize for any confusion surrounding your pup's vaccination costs once in your care. You joined a community when your puppy arrived home and our team will continue to be here as you need us, so please never hesitate to reach out if we can be helpful in any way.
