So disappointed with this company “PuppySpot.” My wife and I purchased a Boston Terrier from them 6 weeks ago and we still have not received him yet. Today 1-14-2020 our puppy was scheduled to come home on a plane and I was so happy, I get to the airport and waited only to find out our puppy was not on the plane and no one from the company called to inform us of anything, it’s said that companies don’t believe in good customer service anymore or even just simple communication. I advise anyone that’s thinking of buying a dog with puppyspot to shop around first and check reviews like I should have.

We love our puppy but the customer service was TOUGH! We first got sold (money went through) a puppy that was purchased by someone else, and we were told we couldn't have the puppy. Then after we found a new puppy, we were told she could arrive on a certain date, and we asked the puppy manager if this was certain, since we were changing our international flights to get home earlier for the pup! Then, after we changed our flights and cut our family vacation short, we were told she in fact COULD NOT fly home earlier, meaning we wasted money and lost a portion of our vacay. The worst part was that the customer service manager who we spoke to about this was (a) not understanding (b) unaccommodating (c) rude. While the puppy is perfect and I could not be happier now, in retrospect this is the worst customer service experience I have been a part of.

The puppy arrived sick and the er visit was $120.00.

I'm am very upset with this service. We bought a dog for a family member. Puppyspot called us TWO DAYS before we were supposed to have the dog and said that the dog had passed away. I'm really starting to wonder if they even take care of their dogs. How do they not realize the dog is sick and on the verge of death? Why do they not notify the buyer that the dog is sick or not healthy? I'm really upset with this website and encourage you to get a dog from a local shelter.

My dog was supposed to be here yesterday. I took off work and went. To get him. He wasn’t there. He never got on the flight. I was told he was en route. I called PuppySpot. They said the breeder did not have all the right paperwork- but neglected to call them with an update. I was assured he’d be coming today - and I will be kept informed- well, it’s almost 11am Christmas Eve and I have heard nothing. I have texted and written to them several times. My son keeps asking about the puppy. I can’t understand because up until yesterday PuppySpot was really great. I am so disappointed and sad, and I don’t even know what to tell my son. Please HELP. PS another couple was there to pick up there dog also - same company- but at least there dog was on a later flight. I hope they were able to get the dog- their children are 4 and 6 and they also took off work and drove over an hour.

Puppyspot send us a chaperone with our Dog. The chaperone ABANDONNED the dog at the airport because she didn't want to pay the custom fees like the contract said she would do. Customs wouldnt let us take the dog since her name was on there. Puppyspot are pieces of crap, they think ups letters and dogs are the same. They just wanna sell puppies and they would sell it to ANYONE. GO TO YOUR LOCAL SHELTER INSTEAD

This is another puppy mill. To make matters worse.....MY dog came with giardia....another 150.xx in addition to the 3,300 I had already spent. So very sad.

We bought our mini goldendoodle last December and have problems with him ever since. He hates my husband, is terrible with other people...almost seems like he was abused. We did personal trainers and classes. He has teeth problems that are going to cost $1500. We are going to have to rehome him. Whenever I would contact Puppy Spot they would return my calls but never had any solutions...and of course never fessed up that he shouldn’t have been placed with a family. I could kick myself for spending all this money not to mention now having to hurt my kids by getting rid of him:(
