Horrible experience. First off puppy was sent prior to being of proper time to leave mother. Second customer service is horrible after they receive your money. No communication at all. Call and wait on hold till your prompted they will call you back. Puppy arrived soaked in pee, smelly and sick. Breeder posted supposed food it was being fed so prior to pup arriving i purchased and definitely not the food it was on. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. This place needs to be shut down!

After traveling for 20 hours and at a great expense Our new puppy was received in a malnourished, dehydrated, sickly, dirty and smelly condition. She had parasites and worms. Thankfully I chose to go get her instead of having her shipped. I was told she would be handled with care and handed to me at the airport. Truth be told by the airlines and not Puppy Spot, she would have traveled for 10 hours in a locked cage with no food or water with the luggage in the underside of the plane. Our veterinarian stated that she would have most likely not survived this ordeal. Can you imagine taking your children to pick up a new puppy only to find out she died? Puppy Spot was very nice until they received our money. After that our sales person Lisa never bothered to return text message or phone calls. This is my first experience with a puppy service and will definitely be my last. Puppy spot stated that they throughly screen all their breakers and do not deal with puppy mills. This was obviously not true in my case.

Terrible experience. The worst! I received a different puppy than I picked out and paid for. Almost $5000. I’m trying to get my money back. Don’t know what they’re going to make me do with the puppy I received. But he should not go back to the breeder he came from. He was abused! Even after almost two weeks with me he’s still afraid. He won’t come. I feel so bad for the little guy. He’s very clingy to me. But when he’s down on the floor and I want him to come to me he runs. Doesn’t like the leash at all when I try to walk him. Potty training is a challenge. I hope PS does the right thing for both of us. Do not do business with this company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. Buyer beware.,

This company is a complete rip off - we picked out a dog from their website and received a completely different dog!!! Never trust these people - We are in the process with working with the BBB and an attorney- save your money and find an honest business! Received a notice through Trustpilot that Puppyspot wanted to get a hold of me - I gave them all of my info, phone numbers and address - they still have not contacted me-

I was in search of a new family pet after losing our dog after 16 years. Ready to open my heart again, I decided it was time. After spending much time looking at photos, I was instantly drawn to one puppy in particular. I made the necessary steps and planned on having my new fur member in the next week. After I received all of the travel arrangements and details I was so excited!! The same day I received devastating news of our puppy being delivered to the wrong family. Another heartbreak ensued and although the staff was empathetic and apologetic, I was offered a refund or select another puppy. I am a huge animal lover and I don’t select my animals like items on a shelf. The worst part is that the wrong family refused to give the puppy back and while I can understand to some degree why, I am out a puppy I selected, and zero regard of how I feel. It took me time to even reach the decision and take in a new puppy. Further more? The breeder could’ve offered to let me select a new puppy in time should I choose to free of all charges due to the mix up. This is their business and I would’ve handled it much different in place if just being money hungry. This isn’t a simple mistake!! For puppy spot I show no ill will except for the fact they will continue to represent this breeder and allow a mistake this huge! I will never use this website again or recommend anyone else to either.

I am giving them one star because it won’t allow me to give them ZERO!!! I have never done business with a puppy broker. They’re quick to sell you a puppy and the breeder was on a conference call with me within a minute. I finalized the sale and a few days later decided I had a few more questions for the breeder. I spoke to a puppy manager and requested a conference call. WHY IS A SECRET WHAT TOWN YOUR PUPPY IS COMING FROM! I was told that it would be set up I waited til the forth day and contacted them again. Still no conference call! I contacted them again on the 5th day, still no call. I called this morning and canceled the purchase. Very disappointing, I wanted that puppy so bad that I was willing to pay 3 times the going rate for her breed. It’s funny that all the sudden during the call he was willing to get the breeder on the phone. It’s also funny that they ran the time out trying to make travel plans for the puppy because once they have made those plans they won’t refund not to mention it is $495 cancellation fee. This company leaves a lot to be desired. I hope the breeders know to not use this company because it is due to PuppySpot’s lack of follow through and communication that I canceled my puppy. My advice to anyone wanting to buy a puppy is to find a reputable breeder, they are happy to communicate with you if they are proud of the dogs they are raising.

We bought a husky spend over 3k just so we can watch out dog gush blood from her butt upon arrival we had our puppy for 8 days just to watch her die. It was a gift for my wife and all she got was a bloody floor and vet bills instead of healthy puppy. I have a ton of pictures and I’m ready to show the world but can’t upload it to PuppySpot website or anywhere els beware of PuppySpot they take your money and tell you to kick rocks even if they puppy is suffering.

We believe due to the misrepresentation of the dog's gender and the gross mishandling of the dog during travel that Puppyspot is not a reliable company and they do not have animal safety standards nor do they practice any business ethics. Due to these issues, crate destroyed with traumatized dog inside on pickup and false advertising on gender of the dog, we are not going to purchase another animal from Puppyspot. As to that we are also not recommending anyone we know to use Puppyspot either and will instead urge them to visit reputable breeders personally so they can see the dogs before purchasing. Overall with your 3-person liason team I dealt with and no one caught the gender mistake, then the travel issue which could have physically hurt the dog and most likely traumatized her, then when dealing with the Aftercare team it seems to take days to get responses back everytime we make an inquiry and since 1 person took responsibility and ownership of the handling of this issue it felt very difficult to get anything to happen when he was not there and it was impossible to ensure we would get him on the phone when we called. Your system failed to catch very easy to find errors when they passed by we are assuming several people's eyes. For the amount you charge for dogs we expect better and we feel you should expect better of yourselves.
