I received a damaged bed, my dogs paws were stained with pee and poop from her previous home, and I got a pure bred husky and was told I would receive the pedigree document stating she’s pure bred. Because who wants a dog for $3,000 that’s not even pure bred?! I was told I would get one and they gave me a whole bunch of excuses as to why they won’t give it to me then said they were reviewing the calls. Watch, they will come back with they heard nothing about it. This place is horrible!! They overcharge, the interest rate for financing is ridiculous. Never will get a dog from puppy spot ever again!!

I paid 3,000 for a dog that has been in bad health since the dVMay he arrived. I have tried everything. Taking him to the vet and putting him on a special diet but he doesn't seem to be gaining the proper weight and constantly has stomach issues. I truly believe the breeders knew something was wrong when they sent him to me. He is part of our family and we love him so I will do whatever it takes to get him to good health but do not believe the health guarantee that these people portray on their site.

The only reason I stuck to PuppySpot is because we had picked our puppy. The purchase process was excellent (but of course, they just want you money, which unfortunately I learned later on). After that part, our experience was a complete disaster and a total disappointment. Worst service ever; the "App" they ask you to use to stay in touch with them and stay up to date with your puppy's info, it's "USELESS" "UNPROFESSIONAL", a total JOKE. The lack of communication was just unbelievable, and when I actually got to talk to someone (after calling and waiting of course), I got WRONG and DIFFERENT information from different "Puppy Managers" (which is a joke they even use that title because that is the last thing they do).... The only reason all this headache and terrible experience was worth it, it's because we have our gorgeous and perfect puppy, that of course we would not change for any other one.... so again, if you haven't picked a puppy, I recommend you don't pick one with this company ... go directly to a breeder or find someone else to help you with this. An experience that should have been awesome, fun, relaxed and exciting, turned into one of the most stressful experiences in my life. This whole process caused us so much anxiety, stress and pain, (none of it due to the coronavirus); it was due to unprofessional and horrible service from this company!

Horrible company!!! I enquired about a puppy and was told it was in Indianapolis which was only an hour and a half away. I purchased the puppy but was told a few days later it was actually in Ft Wayne which was a lot farther drive. After going back and forth we agreed on a date, pick up location (Ft Way e airport) and they offered me 100$ credit for the “miscommunication “ of the puppies location. The day before the pick up I had not heard anything from them about a time or an exact location. The pick up spot was the Ft Wayne airport so I needed to know exactly where to go. I was on hold for over an hour while they went back and forth with the breeder. They came back and said oh sorry the breeder has to go to the Chicago airport now and can’t meet at the Ft Wayne airport. They now told me I had to wait until another day and drive over an hour longer to accommodate the breeder. This was over twice the original drive time I was told . However they did say if I wanted to pay an extra 50$ the breeder would meet me at the Ft Wayne airport! I was lied to several times by the sales person, communication was pretty much non existent unless I called them. I finally asked for our money back after getting no where. They said they were going to charge me $495 then hung up on me. Thus is a money grabbing issue exploiting people who are trying to buy puppies.

Angel baby was only 7 months old when he suddenly died yesterday during a normal vet procedure. He had pneumonia for the first 10 weeks we received him which probably weakened his little heart. I’m not happy with any of this experience.

I was harassed by calls, emails, texts to take this puppy. I specifically asked Imran if this dog is potty trained being that he was 8 months old as it was the only reason I chose him finally after being PUSHED by Puppy Spot and told that he was DEFINTELY POTTY TRIANED AND HE WAS NOT. The dog is not only NOT potty trained, rather he has been peeing and pooping on all very expensive Persian rugs. I have tried to call and complain but I only received 2 calls on odd hours with no follow up. This is a scam to push puppies on people.

PuppySpot at first glance appears to be responsive. That is the case until you actually receive your puppy. The first time I should have known was when I asked for Breeder information and they provided the excuse that they have to protect their breeders and puppies from theft. Well we have in the past purchased from breeders and the breeders are usually proud of the puppies We lost our dog and we went to PuppySpot based upon the reviews on their direct website. What I didn’t realize that when I attempt to leave a review on their direct website there doesn’t seem to be the ability to do so. I did not do a general check as I have done now. There seems to be several reviews over the internet of others who have experienced what I have experienced. Breeders are usually anxious to share the information, then I asked for the USDA # for the Breeder and apparently that is a secret as well. It is my opinion and the opinion of more than one vet we have talked with that this is most likely puppies received from puppy mills. The puppy is from Missouri. Unfortunately our puppy came to us skinny and according to the vet was treated aggressively for Gardia risk while in PuppySpot’s care. The vet was extremely clear that the type of medical care she received demonstrated that the breeder is well aware that it has this problem at the kennel and they sold her despite this issue. In addition the puppy guarantee is a joke. They delay, don’t respond, claim they didn’t receive complete record. Anything to delay and avoid. We will do what we need to do to treat her. Her form of Gardia is so aggressive it has been over 3 months of treatment and she is still infected. As a result she misses out on puppy play dates, training and the like. She can’t go to parks and play with other dogs and my guess is the puppies who have come from this Breeder are experiencing the same issues. She is on a special diet and still on medicine. Puppies get sick. But the secrecy of the Breeder (Name and USDA#), the aggressive Medical treatment by the Breeder for Gardia type diseases, and lack of response is unacceptable. We are not sure ultimately what other health affects she will suffer. If this doesn’t resolve we will need to take more aggressive medical action which has side affects. Beware of purchasing puppies from this company.

I got a golden doodle puppy from Puppyspot a month and a half ago. I am livid with my experience. Before the puppy arrived: I asked Puppyspot questions regarding my puppy that they never answered. The first red flag should have been that they keep the breeder anonymous and offer no proof that you aren't buying from a puppy mill. I called multiple times asking questions and they were very good at not being direct and avoiding the questions at all costs. Puppy's arrival: Puppy spot and/or the breeder chose to put my puppy on a non-direct flight (I am sure it was cheaper), which made a 4 hour journey into an 8 hour journey. My puppy was so shaken up upon arrival, he wouldn't eat, come out of the crate and he was covered in his own urine and feces. He was so weak he could barely stand or walk. Puppy now: When I went to the vet the day after my pup got to me, he had double ear infections, completely matted ears covered in black gunk and yeast, and a nasty infection on his private parts. He had clearly not been in clean conditions or been tended to. He had such bad anxiety he wouldn't go to the bathroom outside, he wouldn't let people touch him, and he now has severe separation anxiety. I have spent thousands on training and materials to try and fix the situation. Every trainer has said that there was likely neglect going on (although I can't prove this). I would NEVER recommend getting a dog from puppy spot for all of these reasons.
