PuppySpot was always very helpful through the process of getting our American cocker spaniel Willow albeit there were a few hiccups along the way. One of those hiccups was that our puppy was supposed to come with a crate from the breeder which the breeder forgot. I reached out to PuppySpot to let them know and they refunded me with $50 to cover that loss. The financing process, if one chooses to finance their pup, was seamless and quick. We secured our pup very quickly. Also, the PuppySpot app sends updates and tips and tricks to help prepare new owners for the arrival of their pup. There was also a check-list in the app to help new owners make sure they have what they need when the pup arrives. My last comment is that the breeder we got our cocker spaniel from appears to be very reputable and we were told that they don't overbreed (only once every few years). Our pup has gone to the vet a few times now and our vet says she's very healthy. Her temperament is also astoundingly sweet, friendly and adorable. That to say, PuppySpot appears to follow through on the promise of reputable breeders putting up their puppy listings.

I had a good experience with PuppySpot with no complaints except paying upfront one month ahead, out of the state for my puppy over $5000 especially during pandemic and fraud schemes that are going on.

We are very happy with our puppy and the exceptional customer service at Puppy Spot. The 4 star rating was given since our puppy arrived very dirty and badly matted. I notified Puppy Spot and they paid for a grooming.

When she needs to go potty at 6:30 A.M., she goes to my husband side of the bed and put her paws on the bed and wine (YES).

I had a great experience with Puppy Spot. I was skeptical at first, but all of my questions were answered. I was even able to speak with the breeder, which helped with any other questions I had. We were close enough to drive to pick up our puppy. All communications helped make it an easy process from start until the day we picked our puppy up. He was in excellent health and condition when we got him and is an amazingly smart and well mannered little guy! I would recommend and personally use Puppy Spot again
