We purchased our adorable beagle through Puppyspot. I initially was nervous because of the reviews. But she arrived healthy and happy. She was shaking when she first arrived but we took their advice and gave her some nutrical and she started to act like herself in no time. She is very healthy and the vet said she was perfect. I think the only issue I experienced was the lack of communication from puppyspot. The customer service chat was not helpful. It’s a very nerve wracking process and you want constant updates. Puppyspot managers typically just give you robotic answers and then quickly end the chat. This is not helpful when you’re worried about your puppy and her arrival. They also will constantly remind you that your delivery date could be delayed, which I get. But it’s always tugging at your heart strings because you never know if she’s really coming. My little puppy arrived just under 2 weeks after payment. I was impressed with this. Overall, great experience. Communication could be a lot better from puppyspot as most of the time, it’s just silence and you refreshing the app for any updates. And yes, she was a little expensive. But she’s healthy, happy, and the newest member of my family. I recommend puppyspot as my puppy is healthy and happy as can be. Just do not expect the clearest and best communication

Everything was great except for some laps in communication.

We are so in love with our puppy! She is so sweet and healthy and it was a great experience finding her. Just a few things that we think could be improved- 1. If a puppy is “available now,” that doesn’t mean they really “available now.” We bought a puppy that was “available now” but we have to wait 7 weeks to get her because she needed to get all of her vet checks. 2. With the pandemic, travel is delayed. We had further travel delays because of a snow storm which is not something that puppy spot can control, but it was a very difficult process to get any more information from them when I would call. There were very long wait times and there were 3 times that I called and asked for more information and I was told they would call me back within a hour and we wouldn’t hear back for hours. Other than that, we love our pup and are so thankful for her!

The bad part was when Brittany showed up in a soiled crate! For what I paid it should have been clean!

All happened as planned but communication with PuppySpot was not the smoothest and left much to be desired

My puppy is wonderful and arrived healthy and happy! During the search process I found the representatives to be great communicators sending me information quickly. After I made my payment I had to frequently call and check in to receive updates and answers (reason for 4 stars). I think having a scheduled weekly image and weight update for people waiting would be nice. Also, the puppy arrived with different food than what was given in the app and I had to wait to find out which one I should use. I wish I could've received a few photos of when my dog was younger to keep, but overall it was a great experience and I couldn't be happier now that he's home with me!

More communication for my puppy would be great

Overall positive experience but travel coordination and communication was poor. When you are assigned a “puppy manager” it is in effect a call center rather than a dedicated resource so you have to: 1) go over facts and circumstances repeatedly and 2) initiate contact at every turn as they do not reach out proactively with status reports. We paid for air transport but puppy ended up traveling by car/truck from UT and arriving a day before planned (requiring us to rush home from out of town). Covid environment notwithstanding, this part of the process could have been managed more effectively.
