everything was well organized and easy…
everything was well organized and easy except the pick up team. Never had the same person on that team twice and no one knew what anyone else had done, said or most importantly promised to do.

All was good until shipping
All was good until shipping. Delayed a week and then the puppy was delivered at midnight.

My puppy concierge
My puppy concierge, Jordan was great and super helpful. He was always a phone call away if I needed anything. Customer service was helpful depending on who answered the phone. My puppy showed up healthy and happy.

Communication was difficult
Communication was difficult. Always got a different person. When I called, different person, unless asked for someone specific. Once the purchase was completed, I was supposed to be assigned a team for the remaining logistics. I did not receive that. At least it ended well with a beautiful puppy.

Overall good experience, room for improvement
Overall good experience. Communication could be improved. And scheduling a delivery before the pup has a clean bill of health for travel is putting the cart before the horse. This happened twice to me due to pup having worms but they would schedule the delivery, only to tell me days later that pup wasn’t ready for travel. Easy solution, don’t book travel until pup is ready for travel.

Everyone was very helpful
Everyone was very helpful! The only down side is it took a month to get my puppy. I wish that could have been faster.

CS very helpful
Only 4 because I originally had a problem with delivery of my puppy. But, once identified CS was understanding, reassuring and very helpful. My puppy was delivered and was so energetic, playful and affectionate.

Postponement of delivery.
Postponement of delivery. Dog arrived invested with parasite Guardia. 3 sets of lab work and 2 sets of antibiotics/wormer...and still has Guardia. Vet said immune system down, and waiting to increase antibiotics when gain weight. Awaiting Vet to recheck her Guardia. Trying to find email about sending $$ to reimburse for unintended upfront costs
