PuppySpot was great to deal with. I am totally in love with my new puppy! They responded to questions I had within a reasonable amount of time and were helpful and friendly. The one thing I was not crazy about was the fact that the puppy was flown from Ohio to St Louis, MO and then driven in a van with 10 other puppies for 4+ hours. The driver was great and kept in contact with me. My pup was the last to be delivered and the driver said she was super good compared to the couple of pups that barked the entire time. For this being the first long trip my puppy went on, I feel it may have had a negative impact on her as a traveler. It would also be a good idea for PuppySpot to phone the new owner (me!) to make sure everything is going good within 24 hours of delivery of the puppies.

They did a great job! I wish I wouldn’t take 3 weeks to get my puppy once I picked her out. But it was worth it. I have a great puppy💕

Overall it was good. The only thing is when i ask for the authenticity of both parents proving pure bread, i only got the mother side.. the breeder said the father does not belong to him… but isn’t it that before you breed, you should know the history of the father side? Not only by looking at the dog but with papers???

Overall, the service with PuppySpot was far better than I expected. My new baby, a Pomsky, was delivered to me on the day as planned and she was clean in her travel crate after flying and in a car all day. Accountability is why I didn’t rank a 5 star. I requested pics of the parents of my dog and still have not received it. Also, the paperwork says my puppy would have a microchip and I have no paperwork to confirm if she does or not. It appears that after PuppySpot representatives get their money, it is more difficult to get a hold of someone to talk too for any questions. The autobot which can answer some of the questions, it’s better to discuss with a “live” person.

Everything was a five star experience except for delivery day. Going through the purchasing process was a breeze and everyone I spoke with were helpful and nice. The app was easy to use and I received instant answers to any question. Then the day of delivery it was radio silence. No window of delivery, no confirmation that the puppy was on his way nor that he made it. We were just at home not knowing when he would arrive. I got to the point where I thought it was a scam because I couldn’t get an answer from anyone involved in the process. Quite the opposite of any prior experience. We did receive our puppy and he is amazing. The breeder even reached out to see if we had any questions. Overall, amazing. Just really stressful day of- I hope it changes for people in the future.

The only reason I am rating it a 4 is I just thought it took longer than it should. It took about 3 weeks to get my puppy. I didn't really hear that much for the first few days and was kind in the dark about what was going. I was given an estimated timeframe of 28 Mar-1 Apr. When I got the projected date it was for 2 April. I was disappointed because I am a reservist in the Air Force and I was at work that weekend and didn't get to greet my puppy when he arrived. I was hoping to get him on 1 Apr. Other than those small issues everything was a great experience and after that one phone call, I got several after that to follow me up on what was going on. Lastly I am not for sure why puppyspot only uses 1 airport in Texas, which is Waco. Doesn't make sense that they wouldn't use a bigger international airport such as San Antonio. The driver said that he tried contacting us through the APP but it wasn't working so we weren't at the house at the time. Should probably look into your APP because it doesn't seem to work when the delivery person tried to use it. Thankfully my husband arrived just a few minutes after the guy arrived with the pup. I thought it was going to be a company but the person that delivered our puppy was in a normal looking truck. When we saw this on our camera we were wondering who the heck was parking in front of our house knocking on our door so I would suggest that they not come in a personal vehicle or have puppy spot give us a heads up that they will be using a personal vehicle and who ever is delivering it should give them the vehicle make and model so we can be prepared or maybe have some company logo or something. I would use and recommend puppy spot again.

PuppySpot was great to help us find our new pup. The pre-sales person was excellent and super responsive. My only negative is that once we gave our credit card info, the responsiveness of the team fell off and it was harder to get information as needed.

I would give 5 stars because my puppy is the best and sweetest girl. But the pickup from the airport was horrible. No directions were given to me only an address because I asked for it and it was the wrong address. Luckily by the grace of God I found out where to pick her up from the person that’s was going to deliver her to us (the flight changed last minute so I didn’t want my pup to have to wait another day at an airport so I cancelled my delivery and picked her up myself). Not great communication at all. But my pup is really a great dog after all.
