I was a bit apprehensive at first because I had never purchased an expensive (or inexpensive, for that matter) puppy with only a text photo and a short paragraph. I researched PuppySpot and talked with a representative about negative reviews I read. I spoke with my original sales rep several times. He was always very patient and helpful. Arianna(Muffin now), my parti-colored Pomeranian, flew to the Tri- Cities airport from Texas with no problems, very healthy and already knew a few commands and was very social, even then. She's a really special little girl!
