For the most part, I would highly recommend Puppy Spot. The staff was extremely helpful with the puppy selection process and I ADORE my puppy. I have to remove one star because I was unable to obtain assistance the weekend my puppy arrived. Staff had told me that puppy would be shipped with medication. Unable to get any appointments locally, I had to wait for the missing meds by mail. The panic and chaos revolving around my concern for puppy's health was over the top. It all could have been avoided had Puppy Spot been clear with breeder and had an after hours line for urgent messages.

Everything was perfect ! The puppy arrived on time. He was absolutely healthy What I didn’t like is communication after purchasing . I wanted to get Akc numbers of parents to register the puppy by myself . But they didn’t give me that numbers . They ask me to call some company which took me $250 for this registration …. But I know I could do it for free .

Overall, everything was great. You have very nice employees. I don’t have any experience with purchasing a dog from a breeder so I was not aware that the dog would not be housebroken. Of course, he wasn’t! He’s just a puppy. It would have been better if I had known that before making the purchase.

PuppySpot is a great resource to find the exact breed, gender and markings of a pup you’re looking for. However, the drawback is not having communication with the breeder. It’s difficult to learn about a pups personality (if that’s important to you), when PuppySpot inquires on your behalf, as it seems the answers they receive aren’t very detailed. Another issue is time… once you purchase a pup it does take a good 2-3 weeks to get it so be prepared. I will say the delivery service was assisted by some great folks, I felt our Phoebe was likely in great hands during transport. I appreciate the pup being vet-checked, microchipped and dewormed before coming home! Also, more pics and videos (per request) would be lovely.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a puppy delivered. I was very nervous and unsure. I only gave 4 stars because I would like to have had more updates. More pictures, vet visits and current weight. She arrived happy, healthy and energetic. Our driver was amazing!! She was fed and had been taken to potty several times because she had clean fur and crate. Best experience!!!

No complaints except the travel time for a puppy that age was too long. According to Dominic 12 hrs before he met us. In a kennel the whole time except a quick break

Working with the representatives of PuppySpot was good, but not perfect. Our puppy is amazing, but was delivered to us in a state that required bathing on her first day. We've had her for about 7 weeks now, and have also noticed she does not wag her tail. She is a mini poodle, and the tail was clearly clipped (nothing in the documentation about that, although that's common place for poodles) but it's a bit short, and like I said, does not wag. We love our new family member, but I'm not familiar with pure bred poodles that do not wag their tail. I have had 4 over the years.

PuppySpot was not ideal to work with. They pushed back delivery twice, citing things they should have known beforehand and factored into the delivery date. They are very expensive and told us that they offered Nanny services with delivery. This did not happen - our pup flew on her own in the cargo portion of the plane, so why the $1,000 price tag for a one way hop from Ohio to CT? I don't think I would go back to PuppySpot again, they are too big, too expensive, and don't keep their promises. I never spoke to the same person twice. I had better service when I bought my car. All that said she appears no worse for wear. Her breeders did an excellent job socializing her and she is very healthy. She arrived clean and happy. We are extremely pleased with our wonderful dog.
