Everyone that we talked with through the entire process were very polite and helpful. Our new bundle of fluff is truly a new adventure for us. We have never had a dog this small or that barks at everything so this is truly new for us and will have to get a handle on this. Thurston is still getting use to his new home and surroundings. I had a wonderful experience with PuppySpot. We did have a little nervous and scared from reading all the comments but it turned out great for us. PuppySpot followed the procedure super closely and every representatives that I talked to are very kind and helpful. Every time I emailed or chat with them, they answered right away or in a timely manner. They gave us their support and honest thoughts which made me more confident in their service and that our puppy is growing strong. I just got him home and even though his vet check before coming home said he might have some issue with his knees while growing up (and PuppySpot did told us beforehand and waited for us to reply if we still want him) but we took him to the vet after having him and our vet said he's great, nothing wrong with him. The other vet might just had been too careful. Our vet even confirmed that he is not from a puppy mill. That is such a relief and we are very happy to have him.
