Easy and smooth. Great puppy, staff followed through on any issues promptly and sent my (very small) puppy on a plane with a chaperone. I was not asked to pay for that. This is my second dog from this group and he is as terrific as my first. You won’t go wrong with Puppyspot!

Really exceptional experience overall - The team at Puppy Spot stayed in touch with me and provided constant updates - One area of opportunity would be better communication internal to Puppy Spot team members as it was handed off multiple times to different players and details / coordination with the breeder pick up / handoff were lost in translation and lack of follow up. Regardless we have the best puppy in the world and couldn’t be happier - Sean

I had a wonderful experience with Puppyspot. From my puppy concierge to the puppy manager and the transportation team, everything was great. I got updated photos and videos through the app while I was waiting for my puppy. I chose delivery to my door so the pup wouldn't be stuck on the plane and when he came he was everything I hoped for and more. Super healthy and gorgeous breed type and obviously well cared for and socialized by the breeder. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I guess the overall was a five star performance from Puppy Spot. They found the right puppy for our family and I think everything but the weather going to Ash Flat, AR was just great. We have three dogs now and one is 11 years old. If we purchase another family member, we will call on Puppy Spot to find what we are looking for and assist us in getting our new puppy. Oh, the breeder met us in Ash Flat, AR on a Friday morning and the weather where she was coming from was not good, so we appreciate her bring "Nick" to Ash Flat.
