The experience was awesome considering during the pandemic. Our puppy was escorted, via a puppy chapron, which we did not expect. My little sweetie arrived via air a little three weeks ago. “Tootsie” is pure joy and I am enjoying every minute with her, who is 12 weeks old today. Puppy Spot was a fabulous resource for me and I would highly recommend them to friends. Although at first I thought it was expensive they proved the value was worth the cost. The communication throughout the process was thorough and professional, as was the follow up since I’ve had her. Everything was top notch and I’m thrilled with my new puppy!
