Don’t buy your puppy here! Our puppy arrived so sick. They said they guarantee the puppies health and have refused to pay our vet bills. He had a severe ear infection and an extremely contagious parasite that transferred to myself (it is extremely dangerous for children to get this ... this put my daughter at risk!!) the puppy had to get two rounds of meds for over a month and we had to fumigate the whole entire house. We have been going back and fourth with them since we got him in November! They never call you back. We paid $4,500 for our puppy. We will never see that money again never mind everything we have forked over to the vets. They don’t reply to emails or calls. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY HERE.

In the summer of 2020, we purchased a puppy that was sold to us as an Aussiedoodle. Based on our puppy's features, behavior and size (weighing more than 50 pounds and only at 5 months) we had a genetics test done and it was confirmed that he is not a aussiedoodle but 100% Australian Shepard. It took more than a month for someone from puppyspot to acknowledge this issue and all they said was they would pay us 15% of the purchase price. We paid thousands of dollars and have spent so much time on this issue and have a puppy now that is not what we actually purchased and all they want to do is give a few hundred dollars and close the case. THIS IS NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a puppy. We purchased a puppy through this company in May of 2019. Prior to buying the puppy, we asked to speak to the breeder who assured us they cared for their puppies and seemed trustworthy. The day we received our puppy he was very thin and had a cough. They sent antibiotics with him and instructions, yet nobody bothered to contact us prior to let us know anything was wrong. He ended up having kennel cough and had to be treated with 4 courses of antibiotics. We also chose the puppy, under the impression he was a Mini French Bulldog. We even had the breeder send photos of the parents, which we only received the mothers, who was a French Bulldog. We have since seen major changes in his appearance, which led us to the conclusion that he is not a full French Bulldog, but a pug, French bulldog mix. We love him just the same but paid $6000 dollars for a dog that is not a full breed. We are waiting on tests to conclude this and have several photos of proof. In a nutshell, the Puppy Spot is not a trustworthy company and I would consider another company.

What a mistake ! Everything went well. I got my puppy. 4 months old. As he grew. We started to notice that he was too big and not at all the french bulldog we asked for. He was mixed!!! Here I am paying thousands. $2100.00 Yes...thousands for a puppy i could have and should have got from the pound. I went over the paperwork and found somehow the paperwork didnt match. I was frauded. I called immediately and sent pictures and got an immediate confirmation that he was not a purebreed Frenchie. They offered to give $ i paid back if i give the dog back. Well by that time he had bonded with is and they coulsnt do anything with him. Months later they offered to give me an appt off the purchase WTH? I had already paid about a grand for a mutt . ( not that i dont love him to pieces anyways) eventually they did drop the financial agreement but not before they gouged me good. NEVER AGAIN. POUND DOG AND MUTTS FOR ME!!!

PuppySpot has the absolute worst customer service. Once I received my puppy, I cannot get a single reply to my emails. A truly terrible experience

I purchased an English mastiff from this company back in May 2019 and the process of getting him and everything was quick and easy but after him being in my home for quite some time he became scared of family members that he was familiar with. He barks and runs away, pees and even defecates from being so scared. He is also 110 pounds for being almost 2 years old. My vet confirmed that this is odd behavior for his breed seeing that he isn’t aggressive, he’s scared. Scared of people he’s seen, scared of people he’s been held by. The dog is healthy otherwise. When I emailed this company the first time I got nothing, emailing again I got a phone call, when I answered it the woman was telling me that this is normal behavior for dogs, but I’m not sure. Being afraid of people he’s seen, without any significant trauma? That’s not normal. I got told to hire a trainer and to “remember that this is normal behavior as well as just because his parents are big, doesn’t mean he will be” I’m not sure how credible this company is, seeing that they’ve had over 40 complaints to the BBB this year. Seeing this dog was extremely overpriced I am fighting for compensation of the price he was listed for, which was half of what I am paying for him.

Awful pushy salesperson review: Jordan. The 2 other concierges I spoke to were great. I did not end up buying a puppy from Jordan. He tried to push me towards having the puppies "cargoed" and reluctantly offered their creepy "private planes" option. I NEVER made any indication that I was looking into their Bronze package (I wanted the puppy Chaperon option). The difference between the two is is that the puppy travels w/ someone in the passenger section vs alone, in the animal section of the plane. The Bronze package is just something that Jordan wanted me to do. I am so glad that I had a "special case" which I was able to use as an excuse to get out! Now I'm reading that their deliveries are not being completed. BEWARE of Jordan. Urgh - wish I can shake this feeling off of me right now. Way to ruin a puppy for me. Jordan should be selling self flagellation equipment instead of puppies.

I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND PUPPYSPOT TO ANYONE ... I BOUGHT A PUPPY A YEAR AGO AND NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE DAY ONE MY ONE YEAR OLD DOG NOW IS STILL SICK , AND PUPPYSPOT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THERE BREEDERS VETS AND THERE BACKGROUNDS , CAUSE THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL, AND UNDERSTAND Pneumonia and heart murmurs BEFORE SELLING A 3000.00 SICK PUPPY TO ANY FAMILY . I WILL NEVER FORGIVE PUPPYSPOT AND THEREATTITUDE OR CONCERNS FOR ANY PUPPY THAT IS SOLD FROM THEM. IM JUST PRAYING MY DOG MAKES IT THROUGH ANOTHER YEAR..
