We decided to add to our puppy family during the pandemic. We chose a puppy but a few weeks later received a personal phone call and an immediate full refund as the breeder was proving problematic, We made a new choice...and in a few weeks, “The Duffer“...a shihpoo... was delivered to our door by a delightful woman driver. PuppySpot personnel were attentive and helpful in making sure that we knew all of the steps along the way to getting our puppy. When we reached out with questions, we heard back quickly. In addition to the great service, I appreciated the vet check that took place before we received our puppy and then the encouragement to get one after to ensure that the puppy was in good health when she arrived. As a side note, I found the app to be slightly helpful but wish it included a little more information about the dog's family and updates on the photos. These were little details that didn't matter very much to me, but I want to note them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Although the cost to purchase are relatively high, it was worth knowing that all the boxes were checked when dealing with the breeder and ensuring that our family was a good fit for the breed we chose as well as a good environment for the puppy. We appreciate the follow through even after purchase. Would definitely use PuppySpot again in the future!
