So far I’m going to rate them five stars. Communication is not the best but after reading some of the reviews I expected that but our customer service person was Gina I know we stressed her out so I kind of understand the attitude that she had towards us but other than that she was pretty great she talked me through the whole process we were nervous I read about every review on here before I made my decision to buy my puppy prissy the French bulldog in my opinion I also must say the pricing for this puppy was not overpriced she was actually extremely cheap for the breed and when I put posted her on my French bully group they made me aware that she should’ve been priced much higher and that she’s very gorgeous which I knew some of the puppies on here are overpriced but at this point people are selling backyard mutt for 1000 and up so I don’t see why it such a crime if PuppySpot does it but random people off the street can. That being said there will always be negative comments but so far with My experience it’s been great! this will not be my last review has I only purchased the puppy today. I will keep everyone updated on my experience as of right now I would recommend PuppySpot!

We were referred to PuppySpot by a friend and are so thankful for how it all worked out. We got a beautiful miniature schnauzer that is amazing for our family. My daughter has allergies to dogs (on a scale of 5 being the worst, she is a 4). She's had zero reaction or issue to him since has hair, not fur and is purebred. I don't know the breeder but am very impressed. Communication with PuppySpot and delivery was exceptional. We have nothing but positive reviews!!

I believe your care for my Georgia was top notch. You were honest about the luxating patella and we will definitely have the problem taken care of if need be. How ever our vet feels as she builds muscle the problem may go away. She is very happy, lively, and smart. She picks up quickly. Finally, I think the shipping process was great. Thanks for a rewarding experience for the little one and me.

We had a great experience with Puppy Spot. We lost our lovely 14 year old golden retriever in June, and our second golden was very depressed, as well as our family. We checked local breeders within our state and neighboring, and because of COVID the demand for puppies was very high. Waits were 9 months or more. I found puppy spot and was a little unsure at first but the reviews were great. Everything was wonderful in the service. We did decide to not wait for the puppy to be delivered as it was longer than we expected. The initial information I believe said about a week, but when we talked to them we were told it might be up to 4 weeks because of current conditions. We decided to pick up the puppy ourselves. Luckily it was driving distance (about 11 hours - a little long but manageable). The communication on day before vet checks as well as meeting to pick up the puppy and what we needed to prepare was fantastic. The wonderful baby golden retriever has been a fantastic addition to our family and the process was very well thought out and managed. We have had several goldens over the years and she is a great temperament and you can tell she had some basic social training before we picked her up. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Betsy arrived safely tail wagging and is perfect in every way. Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely dog. Rony and the team managed to get her to us safely despite COVID challenges. Would recommend PuppySpot when searching for the perfect puppy. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful experience! Puppy spot went above and beyond with their customer service. They sent updated pictures as soon as they could and was prompt to respond to any questions I had. They made the delivery process so easy for my sweet pup & I could not Be happier with my purchase. Best thing that has ever happened to me was a sweet baby girl and puppy spot made that possible!
