i had put in an initial review and mentioned the dog came to us w Giardia (and 2 weeks in is still not free of parasites) and was pleasantly surprised when someone called to tell me i could submit these add'l expenses to be covered. I submitted them and while i haven't heard back yet, was really surprised to receive the call in the 1st place. well done.

The salesperson told me to download the app to get updated pictures and info on our puppy's arrival and travel info. The app does not work. I tried calling to get an idea about when our puppy would arrive. It was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. When I finally did get an answer it was after an hour long wait on the phone. Once travel plans were made, the communication was great and our puppy arrived on the date and time promised. I had her checked by our local vet and she got a good report. She was up-to-date on all her shots.

Puppy Spot is legit- Don't get discouraged when you don't hear from them after your purchase- But if you have any questions they are there to help We love our new pup (Cane Corso) He getting along well and loves to socialize

From start to finish the experience was great. My only suggestion would be to give the customer options on pickup day. We were assigned a pickup time and place that was late at night in a town 2 hours away. When I called the driver I found out they were actually going to be making a stop 45 minutes from my house 5 hours earlier than our scheduled drop off time. Show the customers the driver's route and stops so the customer can choose where to meet the driver.

It all went well except transportation I was told my puppy was flying throughout my wAit for her but then she came by van the whole actually getting her was frustrating and good be a lot better

The best and most redeemable quality of PuppySpot is that it has organized access to many dogs and made them available wherever you are. I got the dog I've been literally looking for 5 years. She's perfect and worth the time, money, and effort. But I have to say that PuppySpot may be suffering like many companies in post-COVID world to have the resources to live up to all of their promises. When I agreed to buy, I was promised updates, and links, and access. But trying to get a live body after the sale and before the pick-up was time consuming and frustrating. Additionally, update promises were also missed. In the end, PuppySpot delivered, but somewhat minimally performed.

I loved the fact that the puppy management team was communicative throughout the whole process. But After I had my travel date it got changed and no one reached out to let me know. I found out on the app while I was just perusing my puppies photos. I have also reached out after the puppy pick up and no one has reached back out. The dog showed up in good shape. The shipping company took great care of her. She did end up having roundworms, tapeworms, and giardia as well as a possible eye infection, which was treated at the vet no problem. All other areas of her health were appropriate. She is a happy friendly girl and I’m glad we have her in our family now

The puppy made the experience great. Otherwise, it was two to three stars. It was incredibly difficult to obtain updates on the puppy once he was purchased. There were rarely photo updates, zero updates about when he would be traveling, virtually impossible to get information from, about or to the breeder. I have had zero contact since the puppy arrived to ensure the health etc of the puppy.
