When we selected our puppy on PuppySpot and called to inquire about him, we were connected to Jeff Anderson. Jeff was able to answer all our questions about the puppy and fully explained the entire process. We have never purchased a dog through a site (always went directly to a breeder) but after speaking with Jeff, he put our minds at ease. We were kept up to date on our puppy's age and when he would be ready to be flown to our state. Jeff also made himself available if we had any questions. We were also excited when we received a box from PuppySpot containing all we would need for our new puppy (toys, leash, bed etc). PuppySpot truly goes out of their way to satisfy its customers and we couldn't be happier. The PuppySpot app was also very helpful and informative. Our puppy arrived on the date we were told and was delivered by Puppy Cab. Neal was the driver and he kept us informed of his location from when he picked our puppy up from the airport until he was on our street.Neal took very good care of him during transport. We are very satisfied with PuppySpot and their dedicated and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them.

We adopted a Sheepadoodle that we found on the website. Easy to adopt, great answering questions, easy payment system. Gift package they sent has great high quality stuff. Very impressed with the purchase process. Once we signed the papers, they kind of went dark. Don't expect updates or pictures while you are waiting for your puppy to get big enough to come home. We never heard from them and the response was poor. However, once it was time for him to come, we were notified, given the travel info and it went smoothly. Our puppy is wonderful and obviously well taken care of on the trip to us. Overall, it was a great experience and the puppy is wonderful.

After reading lot of negative reviews , I was very skeptical to even buy from this place .we had lost our cocker spaniel a year ago , we did not want to jump right into getting another dog .Then covid arrived and searched for months on rescue sites, but since you could not visit ,or the pup having issues could not find a dog . yes, they are expensive , but the price is there , one agrees to it [ be sure to check your delivery charges ] so its something one agrees to when buying the dog.one should not complain about the price after . do ask for parent pictures [ and see if they make sense] first puppy picture , mom is surrounded with black puppies , the one being sold was a buff cocker spaniel . we chose a cockapoo , the person who takes your money is always super nice, but they disappear after the transaction is made .the app is useless , and customer service, as nice as the staff in Philippines call center is , none of them have any concrete answers . finally puppy was ready to go , and delivery was cancelled 3 times.at this point I had already spent$6000 and was at their mercy. anyway , after all of that, many calls [ you have to wait for extensive length of time, and then connected to call center ,who have no decisive power or answers] my puppy was on her way . BUT, In the end, I got a wonderful healthy puppy ,we are super delighted to have her .vet found some bacterial infection on her belly , that was cured with antibacterial shampoo .they reimbursed me for those vet charges as well. with covid, and breeders not allowing clients to visit , or to rely on pet shops ,with dogs that looked unhealthy .this has been a experience that I find was fruitful and rewarding , only because we got a great dog . I hope to add another dog in about a year ,I would probably use them again .

Every aspect of working with PuppySpot was amazing. Finding our precious little princess from a breeder across the country could not have happened without them! And they even arranged to deliver her into my hands on Thanksgiving Day! Our Lily Fae (litter name Ellie) is happy, healthy, feisty and fierce, and living her best life here in Texas.
