Overall the experience was positive. The services are great. We had to exchange the puppies we selected, but they walked through it. now we have had our puppy for one month and he is doing great. busier and more energetic than expected but we are dealing with it. Travel went smoothly and picking him up at air port was easier than I thought. I have recommended puppy Spot to several people.

The overall experience was very good and would recommend your services to others. Your team members were very responsive and genuinely enjoyed everyone I spoke with. The only item I would try to improve on is the travel arrangements, it seemed like getting the final details ironed out and communicated as to the exact plans was to close to the actual arrival time. I would have preferred to know those details a couple days earlier so I could have had time to arrange my schedule (had to make a couple of last minute work meeting changes). Overall however it was a great experience and again would recommend your services. Thanks we are loving our new baby (Emma - new name Parker)

This company was very professional in handling the sale of my puppy. Everything went well. They kept you posted weekly with photos and videos of your puppy so that you could have peace of mind that your puppy was doing well and was making its way to you. The details of the flight were posted, information was provided to you on what to expect when the puppy arrived. The transportation service that they used is very professional in delivering your puppy with care. If I were to come into a bundle of money any time soon I would most definitely buy another poodle from here, but this time I would buy a standard poodle to go along with my family of dogs.

I could not be happier from the start of the process until Zoey arrived at my apt. She is absolutely beautiful and so well behaved. The breeder must work very hard with training before they sent Zoey off to me. Puppyspot stayed in touch every step of the way. If I had questions I just asked and pics were updated several times. I would recommend puppyspot to anyone!!!

I was a little sceptical of where the dogs came from at first. It took a long time to get my little bundle of energy, but PuppySpot did not disappoint! She came right to my door with all the paperwork I needed regarding her breeders. They've been very helpful as well with any questions I had.
