5 stars for a happy and healthy puppy!
In the beginning I had a "Puppy Concierge", one thing I thought was interesting was that she screened me to see if I was qualified AFTER I paid for the puppy. Oh well, no biggie! I thought she would be my point of contact through the entire process but she disappeared after that. Lots of communication from other employees of Puppyspot and updates on the app! The day of the transportation, I was worried that my puppy would be a little traumatized from the travel. But let me tell you, all the arrangements that were made by Puppyspot were FLAWLESS! My puppy arrived just fine, he wanted to play as soon as he got here! Also my puppy arrived 100% healthy. He's got a great temperament and was clearly well loved by the breeder. He was already socialized and loves to be held and loved on. I'm very happy with Puppyspot and would definitely do it again, thumbs up!
