The concierge who called us right away was very friendly and moved us quickly through the purchase process, but then when I contacted her later with a question, she did not respond. I also contacted someone else who had texted me and asked about $300 discount that I kept receiving texts about, but we did not receive that discount. In some ways there was too much information and in others ways, there seemed to be no responses when I asked questions.

Communication was really good. I was kept in the loop on all of Finley's steps leading up to his arrival, and my questions, either by email or telephone, were handled well and in a timely manner. When we took Finley to our veterinarian the day after we got him, they told me that he had a pretty serious ear infection, which they believe he had for a while. I'm disappointed that this was not discovered and treated by your vet prior to his delivery. We're treating him with Rx ear drops, and he's responding well. Otherwise, two weeks in, we are very happy with the process and we LOVE our new son :)

The appt for puppy spot was useless, did not work most of the time. My experience was good delays as the result of weather was frustrating. But Pipa is beautiful. Praises to the breeder! She is very social and gives a lots of kisses.

The only thing I would like to have had is better communication. I also had questions for the breeder and never received their contact info. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars! Happy customer!

For the most part, my experience with puppyspot was great. We are absolutely in love with our puppy! My only issue is more a breeder issue than puppyspot. Since we picked out a solid white boxer pup, I knew there was a chance of a deaf puppy, but was assured more than once that he was not deaf, but he is 100% deaf. We love him regardless, but had I known ahead of time, I couldve been more prepared as training etc. will be quite a bit more difficult. For the price we pay for these puppies, I would think the breeders would make absolutely sure of things like this so you can be prepared. But as I said, thats more of a breeder issue than Puppyspot. Would recommend Puppyspot, they were great!

Great puppy! Because of the holidays and Midwest snows, delivery was a bit slow and communication could be much improved. Otherwise these folks were great.
