Great experience from start to finish. Very pleased.

I have a wonderful puppy. He is happy and healthy and a joy to have. My problem is with Puppy Spot itself. I purchased my puppy on a Saturday afternoon. On Monday I received an email saying that anyone who purchased a puppy would save $300.00. I contacted them and gave them the code. They never responded to me and I never received the money. Be very careful and save everything.I heard back from Puppy Spot the same day and they immediately refunded my $300.00. They were very apologetic and said that it should have never happened. Them taking action as they did speaks volumes about there character. I am very pleased with them and glad that I went with them for my puppy and my new best friend.

I love my puppy and I can’t get over how easy PuppySpot made it. All you have to do is prepare for that adorable puppy. They take care of the rest. But if you do have questions and concerns, they are right there happy to help.
