One of the worst experiences I ever had do not buy from puppy spot they will not call u back I’ve bought 2 puppies and both have been sick and I still don’t have a puppy r my money back keep getting the run around

I got a dog from PuppySpot. She is now a 10 month old Coton de Tulear. This month, my dog suffered two slipped kneecaps and cannot play run or do anything that she used to do. She went from a lively puppy to an old dog instantly at 10 months old. I have emailed PuppySpot three times and have not had one single response. This is completely unacceptable.

Disappointed in an overall very bad experience. Deceptive advertising, poor communication and bad service. They call you quickly to pay when you have entered your information to get a puppy. Once you pay, total silence. I paid for concierge delivery which is promised to be scheduled in 3 days and complete in 7-10 days. After you pay, you get emails and calls from third party partners for upsells and no communication about delivery except an email that says it is normally 4 weeks. Totally deceptive way to swindle you out of $900. If you ask about this, they ignore you. Just a really poorly run company and I assume no employees.

I bought a 12 week old Maltipoo male puppy from this website(puppyspot.com)The puppy is beautiful and sweet, but came with some behavior issues. PuppySpot and I worked through a reasonable solution and they gave appropriate customer service. Thank you, PuppySpot

Dishonest about behaviors by omitting realistic, observed behaviors. When I call for more information and help, I’m given the run around and told I’ll receive follow up from them. Never called me back.

Run!!! My 80yr mother was grief stricken after having to put her Havanese down. She went searching for a puppy and found one. Emotional she bought on line not realizing she would not be in contact with the breeder. As soon as I found out I researched PuppySpot and looked into all the photos. The parents weren't groomed and the momma looked like they just churned puppies through her; with the prices they charge there is no reason the dogs cannot be groomed. I called and was told I could not contact the breeder and that my mother could not cancel without penalty-this was the same day. Needless to say this is an on-line puppy mill system. What breeder would not want direct contact with the person/family buying their puppy or allow for home visits? There are many good breeders still out there that care and do breeding ethically. My parents cancelled their contract and PuppySpot kept $900. Shame on them. Even the airlines give you 24 hours. Buy from a breeder who cares about their pups.

I was interested in getting in contact with a breeder and sent a message using the website. I was called by a salesman. Telling me how good puppyspot is and pushing me to use their delivery service. I was never contacted by the breeder themselves. I decided to use a different method to get the breed that I wanted. I sent a message that read “ thank you for your time but I decided to go a different route” I was then called by the salesman and harasses for not wanting to use puppy spot. He also said that there dogs live longer and was making a bad choice. I am not happy with this experience and I hope others read this before even attempting to use this site.

I love my puppy. She will be 7 this year but she is not a purebred as advertised. I DNA tested her and she is only 65% Havanese. I didn’t really mind that but she was poorly bred and has had some major health issues that didn’t show up for a few years. The health problems are genetic. To date has cost over 30k in vet bills. Stay away.
