I was skeptical at first, ordering a puppy over the internet. But throughout the entire process, PuppySpot was professional, helpful, communicative and responsive. I do believe they vet their breeders to the highest levels. We absolutely love our puppy!! My only feedback is that I would have liked to have more information (videos, pictures, descriptions) about my puppy at the beginning. The website has bare minimum information and I was left feeling a bit unsure. I did really appreciate the photos of my puppy’s parents. But everything worked out, my puppy was delivered happy and healthy!!

Communication was great. Received updates along The way. Our pup was delivered and has been a great healthy addition to our family. 😀

We had no problem since it was our first time purchase I was more nervous than my fiance was I was writing messages to check in on our little bundle of joy and than I was praying she passed her three things before flying but it was a great experience and would do it again they are the best and always kept in contact as well.

For our Ali, everyone was excellent in communicating with us. From 11/29/2021 Linda was our first contact she made me comfortable that I had done all my research regarding the Puppyspot selection. Straight thru January 5 2022 when our beagle puppy arrived at our home, the young man,Alex, that delivered her from Bedford Ma communicate delivery delays related to ice storm in her home state to a severe motor vehicle accident here in Massachusetts that disrupted his time of arrival. And when he knocked on our door she was clean and comfortable tucked in his warm jacket because weather here also miserable. Crate was cleaned as well.

Puppyspot was smack on regarding all aspects of my adoption! They remained available through every step in a timely fashion. I never had to wonder what or where I was in the process. My furbaby was well cared for the entire time from start to finish. Would use again.

I absolutely recommend Puppy spot for your next furry friend. they always did as they said they would, from my first call to our pups delivery to my door all was fantastic. Our little guy, who is a Berniedoodle, is so smart, very kind, and so willing to please and our vet of 15 years checked him out and he is perfect! So, no matter where you purchase your new friend things happen, not every puppy you purchase from a neighbor or someone who says they only have 1 litter- stuff happens.
