It was a good experience. I got a Maltipoo named Mike, he does have a new name, it’s Oscar. Oscar is a very happy little guy who loves to play and be cuddled. He’s funny and oh so cute. Is now sporting a new haircut and bow tie. Would highly recommend puppy spot for anyone looking for a pet. Wouldn’t trade him for the world. Love him to death. Thank you Puppy Spot.

I received Ozzy, now Charlie, the Shih Tzu puppy via hand delivery on February 15, 2022. The gentleman who delivered Charlie was very kind and personable. My pup is adorable, and he has not had any health issues. Additionally, my questions were answered promptly by the customer care assistants, and everyone was friendly. My experience with little Charlie has been perfect!

Everything from my first phone call all the way to the driver bringing my puppy in to me, went without a hitch. Each time I had a concern or question they would answer by email. My puppy is so loving, and healthy and I couldn't be happier. Thank you puppyspot.
