I decided to get a poodle with Puppyspot when I fell in love with one of the mini poodles on their website. I was unsure of how the process worked but I wanted to try & bring the puppy I fell in love with home to me. The sales person I spoke with, Kelvin was very kind and personable and did not put any pressure on me while answering my questions and easing my concerns. After I made the decision the payment process was quick and easy. I was given a timeline of 4-7 days for my first update which I got during the window provided. I have received my puppy and I love him in person!! He is intelligent, kind, well mannered and playful. He bonded with my partner and I so quickly that strangers are amazed when we say he’s only been here for one day. The only downside in the whole process were the waiting period, which I totally understand and the customer service teams that barely had any information. I am yet to take puppy to the vet but I received all his documents and he seems healthy. I was also able to speak with the breeder who seems kind. Overall, I will recommend puppyspots services but I caution to read the other reviews to make an informed decision.

The service was wonderful. There were some things I didn't need, like the crate. She is very happy with her toys. She is going on the piddle pad most of the time or outside. She's wonderful and learning new tricks.

Really happy with the puppy we got...the agent that help me get our puppy was super helpful and kept in contact thru the whole process, my puppy arrived right when they said she will and was very well taken care of....the only complaint I may have is that I requested updated pictures few times and I got them only 2 days before she arrived In general I'll highly recommend them to anyone This is a serious company and you don't have to worry about being scammed or about your puppy to get traumatized by the trip....excellent service
