The site was easy to navigate, and we found our puppy almost immediately. The associates kept in contact with us to update our puppy's progress until the travel date. We received our puppy with complete veterinary records, a supply of puppy food and other literature. The breeder called a week lster to checi on our puppy and to ask how we were faring. All in all, a pleasant experience. Puppyspot is truly a world class organization.

Professional at its finest. From the very start, the representative was amazing! Answering all my wife’s questions! We were informed every step of the way. Then they delivered our little cutie pie! We love him!!

We recently lost our yorkie and was looking to raise another. We called PuppySpot and they guided me the whole way! Excellent service! We discussed a few puppies and they were super knowledgable on each pup. We made the choice and along the way we received pictures & videos of the puppy. That APP was very helpful for all questions you might have. Three weeks later Frankie was brought right to our front door step! We have been in love ever since! Thank you PuppySpot!

PuppySpot was so easy to use to find and bring home a puppy. Having PuppySpot staff check in with us along the process was helpful too! I also appreciated having several options for transporting our puppy.

There was confusion about delivery of our puppy. We paid for and were expecting home delivery. About a week before expected delivery we got a credit to our account with no explanation. I emailed back and asked what the refund was for and only answer I received was that it was for overpayment. When flight plan was posted, it was for flight to Oregon. This is when I contacted Puppy Spot and learned they would not be doing home delivery. With a lot of anxiety, we finally arranged for pick up at airport in Seattle. We made arrangements to drive to Seattle and pickup was successful. I would have preferred to have more communication during the travel plans stage. Sofie is a beautiful puppy and we are very happy with our purchase.
