I am very happy with Puppu Spot Service! We had to fly our Mr. Big to NJ and everything went very smooth and easy. The stuff called me a few time to let me know how Mr. Big is doing. how he is feeling, what to do right after we get him, and all other important info. The girl who deliver our puppy was so nice too. She called us in the morning to let us know that our puppy is landed and then she called to let us know that she is on the way. Great communication! Our puppy is such a great boy, healthy and we are so so happy with him. I loved the app where you can see updated pictures and videos of your puppy. It is so cool! Thank you very much!

I was looking for a French Bulldog, to be honest I can't recall why I ended up with someone helping me. She knew my excitement (I've been waiting for 8 years to have this breed of puppy, not knowing how popular they were). She brought me to a cute little guy a bit older but looked like he had a cute personality & next thing I knew, I was adopting him. Looking closer at him, there were a couple things that caused me to pause, I called back, explained the situation the gentleman who answered my call & he understood my hesitation & worked with me until I found the puppy that was meant to be ours (keep reading & you'll understand that statement). About 4 weeks later we had our Nora, that is the name we gave to her. We went to our vet next day for check-up, it wasn't free because we didn't go to Banfield, that's OK. Then we noticed her stool very loose so called & they gave her probiotics. Didn't seem to help, plus she liked to eat her poo. How can a sweet face like her do that? Ooohh? A few days later she was throwing up, so we brought her in. She went home with bagful of meds. 4 days later, worse...Vet said hang up, go to emergency hospital NOW!! That was last Mon. she came home after lifesaving surgery on Fri. Seems her stomach was closed off her intestine & it was full of fluid. This is why she was meant to be ours. Puppyspot will stand by their health guarantee, still left A LOT of costs, but we wouldn't let her go. We sold things, were going to build a fense, got our deposit back (Will save again & build next year). She's home, difficult to keep her still, she turned 14 weeks & we love her so much, she's our baby. Thank you God!! Would recommend Puppyspot highly.
