Excellent service in every aspect

As some of us know there are sites out there advertising puppies for sale only to dupe us out of thousands of dollars. I was one of them. However gunshy as I was I came upon the PuppySpot site. Still leary I have to say when speaking with a PuppySpot Team Member my mind was put to ease. From the time of selection, purchase and awaiting delivery of Suri (standard poodle pup) I was kept informed the entire time. When Suri was delivered to my front door the driver kept me updated and advised me of a slight delay. His estimated time of arrival was to the minute. Suri was a bit timid at first but keep in mind she had quite a ride from her breeders home to her new forever home with me. What a delight to see her and after the driver left handing over a packet of information PuppySpot indicated would come with Suri, we ventured out to her backyard (completely fenced in). Suri knew she was home as she explored the grounds, did her business and came to me so I could take her into her new home. As most puppies do from the long journey Suri had peed in her carrier. So I performed a wipe down on her to freshen her up a bit as the hour was late. The next morning I gave her a shower and noticed a lump on her backside. I advised PuppySpot of my finding and concern and they were back in touch almost immediately after submitting my email to them. In addition I had called my vet to bring Suri in for an exam. They confirmed the lump and took a sample to test and see if it was something serious. From what the vet said it may be from an old injury or something else. Surgery is an option but as their findings did not show anything life threatening we could see about removing it when she gets spayed. In the meantime I am to monitor it for any changes and if Suri shows any pain or discomfort from it to notify them immediately. PuppySpot has been there for us as we continue through Suri"s journey. My total experience with PuppySpot has been one of having a piece of mind as their Team are exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate individuals to ensure someone like me received the puppy of choice healthy and safe. Suri is a delight and a blessing. She is flourishing, exploring and appears to be enjoying the love she is showered with. I would and will give my recommendation for any one wanting to buy a puppy on PuppySpot with confidence and assurance that it will be the best experience ever.
