Communication after paying could’ve been better. Also it’s a lot of money for your puppy to show up completely unvaccinated, especially for the ones that don’t go home exactly at 8 weeks

The selection of puppies is great. I had timely responses to my questions. Photos of puppy were updated. The puppy arrived healthy and happy. My biggest complaint is the puppyspot app. I had to constantly delete and reinstall as it failed to load on numerous occasions.

They found me the exact dog I wanted like they did 5 years ago, but this time instead of putting the dog on a commercial flight, he was driven from Oklahoma to California. I think the flight is a lot less stressful on the dog, than driving. I was surprised.

Initial contact and picking my puppy was easy. I even received additional pictures after the purchase. The manager team helping for the pick up was slower to respond. I found calling directly was quicker versus email and text. It took a few calls and confirmation of time zones but eventually I have my puppy.

The puppy is adorable and pick up was easy. My only complaint I believe concerns the breeder, not Puppy Spot. First, I saw on the website that she was fed a certain food, which I bought. But when the delivery crew handed over the food and paperwork, the food was different and there was no feeding schedule.

My havapoo puppy is just perfect. She arrived in beautiful condition and was physically great. I am very happy with my new addition to the family. My only complaint was that I feel the PuppySpot did not communicate with me well as soon as I paid for my puppy. I felt as if once they had my money they did not feel the need to keep me updated with the status of when I will be able to get her. All in all I would do another transaction with them someday based off of the puppy I received. She is adorable, loving, and just like the picture.

The people on phone we're wonderful, enthusiastic and efficient. My only complaint, is small for the overall experience. The complaint is the travel coordination. I wish i was able to have some say in where and when. But it was a successful pick up!

What i miss is more info on breeder but the puppy we received is adorable, healthy and just the perfect dog in every way so we lucked out.
