Puppyspot was extremely easy to work with... quick response to all our inquiries, always attentive to our concerns. The delivery of our Elvis (Aka Hogan) was smooth and very organized. He arrived as planned with all instructions and even some food to start. His crate was very clean (I didn't expect it). About the breeder: when Elvis arrived (11 1/2 weeks then), he was already pre-potty trained, slept in his crate right away (only had to get up once the first night), curious and ready to integrate our family. We received a phone call from the breeder to inquire about how he was doing... (I am sure they missed him...). Thank you Puppyspot and Elvis' breeder family!

I have purchased two puppies from PuppySpot, 12/2020 and 3/2022. PuppySpot staff kept me updated on puppy progress, travel itinerary, what to expect up to and after the arrival of my puppies. The excellent customer care is why I chose PuppySpot for my second pup!

I got my adorable mini long-haired dachshund on PuppySpot and it was such an easy process, down to the delivery. I can wholeheartedly recommend it and will be back on PuppySpot when I'm ready for my next puppy!

My adoption of my wonderful red Golden Doodle was beautifully organized and managed, and ZuZu is just perfect. Our sweet puppy arrived (in June 2022) looking just like her photo. We aren't crazy about the idea of breeders but it was reassuring to see she had been well cared for an prepared in the ten weeks before she came home to us, and it was helpful to have all her medical records.

The Sales person who organized and helped find our perfect match was incredible (Paul from Ft Lauderdale office) .. he truly found us the perfect Frenchie! He also understood we wanted the puppy from a quality breeder and he made that happen. The second stage of the 'wait' game is a bit unnerving...We honestly thought we were scammed as you pay when you pick the puppy , but, the pup is not ready for many weeks and the company has limited verbal interactions and your are no longer allowed or able to speak with the sales person...BUT the moment the puppy was ready to travel the communication is super clear again...we paid for door to door service and the experience was flawless....Frankie arrived on time, clean, happy and ready to start his new life.

Everything about the experience was easy. Roxy (my new chocolate lab baby) arrived happy, healthy and well socialized. She's the cutest, wiggly girl ever!
