PuppySpot made the buying process so simple. The only thing I’d change is I wish there were more updates and communication on what happens between purchasing the puppy and delivery date. We purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy and he is such a great and healthy puppy!

I could not have had a better experience and could not have imagined finding a better puppy (and thinking of my life without him now is just unimaginable). I was extremely skeptical @ first of using an online service and put myself through a lot of anxiety for no reason, but my experience was just fantastic through and through and I ended up with a perfect dog and I feel grateful every single day. He is so healthy and a true delight. He is truly a member of our family and loved dearly by all of our friends and family members. Could not have been better...I only hope our next dog can come from the same breeder! We are already considering a buddy for him!

I had a great experience overall. Starting off was a little rough as far as getting responses and answers to questions but once I paid I was kept informed and sailing was smooth. I adopted my Shichon at 6 months of age. He was listed as one of the lower priced puppies because of his age because there was definitely no imperfections. The app is very helpful as far as chatting and having information in one spot. It took a few weeks to revive him- paid 1/24/22 received 2/9/22. I did have a question about vaccinations after I received my puppy and was able to get in touch with the breeder. I did a name change when I received him and it was fairly seem-less. They began referring to him by the name I chose and later I was able to register him with the new name with AKC. My puppy is now 15 months old and no health issues so far. He great. Cuddly. Gets along with children and other dogs. Very mild temperament. A breed disclaimer for me is that He does not do well left alone so I pay someone to keep him while im working, also it took a while to potty train and he marks when left alone. added costs I did not anticipate because I never thought I would need a baby sitter for my pup. Left alone he gets very out of sorts. Some difficulty at first with getting him to eat, but that is expected. He’s definitely not food motivated. He’s HUG motivated- happy as long as he is near you! All that said I’m happy I went with PuppySpot because I know if I have any concerns or questions I can reach them easily.

This is my third time using puppy spot over the last 12 years (was previously purebred breeders). This last experience was just as seamless as the first two. Our puppy, Frankie, who is now almost 8 months, is healthy, happy, and the best addition to our home. Puppy Spot handled everything from updates, travel scheduling, to training tips after he came home. I will absolutely use Puppy Spot again and am so thankful that their network helped us to find Frankie.

My daughter bought a mini beagle two years before and got a wonderful loving animal. I have never purchased a pet without seeing and holding it first. Not only a large investment but you are taking pot luck with what you get. My husband is 80 and recovering from cancer. He needed a pet and we chose a mini snauzer. Pepper was older than most of the pups shown at 15 weeks and I was concerned there might be something wrong with her as she had not been chosen yet. So happy to tell you Pepper is the most loving sweet baby I have ever owned. She is a wonderful addition to our household and we love her so much. Thanks to the breeder who did a great job in partially training her to sit and follow commands. Now if I can only get her to walk with her leash I am the one who needs the training. Thank you
