We love our puppy from Puppy Spot! I knew the breed I wanted and was able to get all of the information I needed from their website and the sales rep. There were lots of choices but the photos, parent’s information and breeder information sold me on the best dog we have ever had (and we’ve had 5 dogs prior). We also used the transportation service and it went flawlessly. We drove 45 minutes to a local small airport and picked up our sweet puppy who was calm and in good condition. She settled into her new home in a couple of weeks and we began training her with Baxter & Bella, the recommended trainer. She is a quick study and eager to please. At 9 months old she is our bundle of joy. We look forward to having her company for years to come!

It was such an easy transaction. It helped that I picked the most perfect puppy ever. The first person I spoke with was super helpful and explained everything so well. Then to have my happy and healthy puppy delivered to my front door was the icing on the cake.

Nothing in my life could have prepared me for the experience I’ve had with PuppySpot. From the moment I saw her photo I could tell she was an amazing puppy - and poodles are amazing to begin with. You named her Cecelia but from her bearing and facial expression I could see she was a Queen. In Hebrew, the name Jezebel means pure and virginal - not what the Biblical Jezebel was, a shameless idolatress. My Jezebel is brilliant, beautiful, compassionate and an absolute joy every minute I am with her. Thank you PuppySpot. You have given me the best friend I’ve ever had. My wonderful husband is gone but Jezebel is the loveliest companion I could have hoped for.

I reached out to Puppy spot to help find a puppy that would fit well into our family after losing our dog several months before contacting them. The customer service team was very helpful and knowledgeable and suggested a great breed of puppy. I went to there site and found one that I liked and put a down payment on it. I had told the customer service team that I needed to make sure the puppy would not arrive until a specific date because we would on vacation. They assured me that the puppy would not. Several weeks later after receiving updated pictures and videos of our puppy, we were sent an email with the travel plans and date of arrival. The date was for a few days before we leave to go on vacation and we did not feel comfortable leaving a new puppy with our dog sitter while we were gone. I immediately got on the phone to discuss this with someone at Puppy Spot and told that that we were told the puppy would not arrive until we had returned from vacation. I was told that they have no control over when the travel plans are made and could not guarantee if the date could be changed. After several emails and phone calls and me mentioning that I had seen their reviews on the BBB website and did not want to have to do the same, that travel date was cancelled and put off until we got back from vacation. The day we went to the airport to pick up our new puppy everything was handled as they said it would be. We received our new puppy and she was adorable and we fell instantly in love with her. She has been a great addition to our family and has adjusted well to life in our household. When she arrived she had no health issues or concerns. Puppy spot delivered everything they said they would and if a problem does arise you need to be diligent in having them fix the problem.

My experience from my initial contact of interest in my baby girl to delivery was exceptional. Even when there was confusion on the form of delivery - I paid for flying my gift to me but they could not because of her breed, they reimbursed me immediately and had my girl delivered via a pick up spot. All communication was timely and accurate. I've had my baby girl, Twinkle, for 4 months now and she has been a joy! She is a Shih Tzu in every sense. Excellent health, personality and temperament. THANK YOU PuppySpot for bringing the thrill of coming home to the excitement of my sweet girl to me!

Great experience with Puppy Spot! Good communication but i did have to ask about parents photos a few xs. I picked up my sweet puppy at the Airport,first time ever doing that. All went quickly & smoothly! We’re enjoying him so much, 6 mos old.now Only suggestion,maybe a gentle puppy bath before receiving? He had a terrible strong doggy kennel smell.

I’ve gotten both my dogs through PuppySpot 3 years apart and I have to say the experience in each case was excellent! I was guided and informed every step of the way. I was told how to prepare, what items and food preferences my pups preferred, how to find a vet for the free wellness check etc etc. It was quick and easy. Both breeder families ensured I received healthy, happy puppies, the transporters were kind and efficient. They kept me aware of where they were and exactly what time my puppy would arrive right to my door! I love my furbabies so much and I’m so thankful that I found PupptSpot. Highly recommend! 🥰
