The two puppies we received are amazing. I have to say that the communication with PuppySpot was terrible. Once they have your money the communication dies. We were told from the beginning the puppies would be shipped via airplane and they knew that was not going to happen. They were shipped via a carrier. Now we read a lot of negative reviews on the shipping method but I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The dogs were clean, seemed happy and the two gentlemen that did the transport were fabulous. I would not hesitate to use that company again. PuppySpot, you need to do better with the communication with your families after you receive their payment. Also, a drawback to me was not knowing who the breeder was until after I received the 2 puppies. I can understand why PuppySpot doesn't tell you but as the receiver of the unknown dog we were fearful. In the end, we love both our puppies and are glad we bought them.

What has made my experience great is the fact that I got the exact puppy I’d wanted from her picture, she was clean on arrival and except for intestinal worms, is very healthy and well formed. She is also smart, energetic and sweet tempered. The drawbacks are the worms, of course, and the fact that I couldn’t find out how much she weighed, who her parents were or when she was coming except two days before she arrived. The agent I bought her through couldn’t have been nicer while we were negotiating but after the purchase no contact. That is psychologically difficult. But it’s all ended better than I’d even hoped so thank you. Karen

We got our puppy 5 days ago and he is an absolute gem. The photos & video of him were very real so we knew what we were getting. I also appreciate there was a liaison to ask questions and for the quick responses. The only concern we have is we found a tick on our pooch - which I thought should have been found during his last vet visit. We found it because he was itching really badly. Every thing else about our experience has been awesome. Can't thank you enough...

The people on the phone helping with petvselection and how to go to finance! Allan in Florida did a wonderful job! The puppy is gorgeous! It would have been a 5 except for my breeder experience! She didn’t tell me his ears were infected! I went straight to Banfield from the breeder! Some of the shots given by the breeder were given too early according to the vet!

Our puppy is healthy, happy and checked out fine at our vet. She came right on time. We really appreciated the tracking info that was available through the flight info link that Puppyspot.com provided. We knew when our puppy was loaded on the plane, took off, landed, at the gate, etc. right up to when we could go into the airline's depot to pick her up. Handy.

It’s was a great experience! But I wish I get and update on each process about my puppy!
