The customer service was amazing. The process was very straightforward. Our timelines met up exactly as promised when it came to the delivery process. We received updated images and information on our puppy and his parents. We just celebrated Biscuit’s first birthday and could not be happier with our pup! We will definitely go through Puppyspot again in the future!!

We were looking for a really high end long haired Chihuahua. I wanted to avoid the risk of not getting the quality we wanted from a breeder or store. PuppySpot had dozens of pups on their excellent website and narrowed our search and got mom and dad pictures with questions answered of breeder through PuppySpot. Our little Twyla is the friendliest, sweetest and most beautiful Chihuahua and we found her through PuppySpot. PuppySpot arranged delivery from Mississippi to Wisconsin flawlessly. There execution from start to finish was great.

The process was worry free from the beginning. Getting regular updates and photos from the breeder just made the anticipation of my pup all the more exciting. The travel and logistics to get my pup to me was done so smoothly, the trip my pup took was long, but I was amazed at how healthy and happy she was from the moment she walked into our home. Playing and loving, she was obviously well taken care of by her breeder and the PuppySpot team in getting her to us.

The Puppy Spot website was well designed to help us pick out our pup. Then the mobile app was helpful as well to track the process from when our order was placed to when we picked Lizzy (now Laney) up in St. Louis. The Puppy Spot personnel in St. Louis were very helpful as well. Overall, great experience and love our pup Laney!

We were a little nervous buying a puppy from a website but we could not be more pleased. We purchased a black lab form PuppySpot and she has been wonderful. She has the best personality and is so loved!!
